Chocolats Favoris est reconnu pour ses crèmes glacées riches enrobées d'une couche de chocolat épaisse et pour sa grande variété de garnitures et de parfums, avec des vitrines bien présentées, des magasins propres et un personnel accueillant selon de nombreux avis; les clients apprécient des enrobages chocolatés généreux et la possibilité d'offrir des cadeaux, ce qui ajoute au charme, mais l'expérience peut être gênée par les foules et les files d'attente, des services parfois chaotiques ou plus lents pendant les heures de pointe, et des prix qui peuvent sembler élevés pour les portions; certains trouvent l'enrobage trop lourd et préfèrent des formats plus petits, et quelques commentaires mentionnent l'absence d'eau demandée, ce qui rappelle que la patience est nécessaire lors des pics d'affluence.
This ice cream & dessert shop looks amazing when you walk in! There are tons of different handmade chocolates displayed all over the store from top to bottom - it's really beautiful to see.
I mainly went there for their ice cream, & I tried the dark chocolate flavor, which was really good! However, the wait line was frustrating - I waited around 15 minutes just to get my ice cream. It was also a bit pricey compared to the amount you get, so it felt a little expensive for what it was.
Overall, it's a nice spot to visit for a treat & to check out the chocolates, but be prepared for a wait & slightly higher prices

Wow!! We stumbled upon this great chocolate & ice cream place.
We ordered a vanilla ice cream in a cup with two types of real dark chocolate toppings - brownie bliss & signature 74% dark. So good!!!
I was only able to choose from the 2 vegan options available, with these being the Pumpkin Spice soft serve & the Pumpkin Spice (Citroullie Epicé) Sorbet soft serve. Since I'm not at all a sorbet fan, I chose the Pumpkin Spice soft serve, & had it enrobed in regular dark chocolate (not the 57% cacao dark chocolate). It was delicious - not too sweet, & the pumpkin spice flavor came through delightfully. One of the best soft serves I've had to date, including the dairy ones I ate before becoming vegan.
The ice cream is not as "icy" as other ice cream, it's more like cream than ice. That's why I give off one star. For the topping I chose dark chocolate & I loved the dark chocolate!! Highly recommend dark chocolate.
Delicious ice cream. Crowded, & the vibe was to just get you through the line, but the ice cream was great & that's all that matters. The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Noir was great!

Omgg, that was amazing! Thick perfect chocolate, raspberry sorbet with dark hazelnut chocolate was the perfect combo! If you've never had it, you HAVE to try it!
All of their vegan ice cream & sorbet options are amazing (Vegan Vanilla, Pumpkin Spice, Raspberry sorbet, Carmalized apple sorbet). Their vegan dark chocolate dip is excellent as well.
I was so happy I got to try this spot. It is so good. The plain vanilla ice cream is so tasty on its own but paired with the dark chocolate dip it is so tasty rich & delicious. The Bebe cone is perfect because it’s so rich it’s a bit hard to even finish a small.
The shop is a paradise for chocolate enthusiasts! They offer an incredibly wide range of chocolate products, whether you love rich dark chocolate, nut-filled delights, or other flavors, they have it all. & their chocolate products make excellent gifts, unique & delicious. Besides, their ice cream is a standout, with delicious taste, generous portions, & a thick layer of chocolate coating. This shop is a must-visit for chocolate & dessert lovers!
