I guess it wasn't the place for me, 18 CAD for an ice cream is a bit too much when the coating is a bit exaggerated. The ice cream was good but its so sweet that a small portion would do rather than a medium one

There's a blonde worker there who is super rude & should not be allowed to work in customer service. My friend & I came in maybe ~10 minutes before closing, & we were just standing there for like 5 minutes because no one was saying anything. There were still other customers inside, so we thought we would be able to get a scoop of ice cream. All of the workers were performing closing duties I guess, & then finally the blonde one turn around & is aggressively pressing the buttons on the POS system, smiling sarcastically, & being extremely passive aggressive. I don't know how to describe it in words without just writing out the entire interaction but she has got to go. You couldn't have just said something? Idk why they're closing before the actual closing time. It's just it's an ice cream shop not some full dining experience where it would be rude if we came in at that time. Didn't know it's that hard to take 2 minutes to scoop one more scoop 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. & her little friend was just standing beside her staring. Use your words next time guys if you're not serving food anymore 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. I hope she sees this & feels embarrassed.

Downtown at the Jazz festival bustling with people & long queues, I understand. But I ordered a medium pistachio ice-cream dipped in crunchy hazelnut but they were out of pistachio. Instead my order was prepared with vanilla ice-cream without informing me & my name called. When asked , the girl said it's the same price? & you pay before you get your order plus you need to tip on the machine. It's a counter service & not a table service.

At least 7 people standing behind the counter. When we stepped up a s tried to make eye contact.to order at the till the two girls completely ignored us during their conversation. We waited several minutes for someone to notice us or step forward to take our order but they continued to pointedly ignore us, one turning her body to block her view of us we left & we will be sharing our experience with friends what an unwelcoming atmosphere

Nice place with good ice cream, but the staff came across as dismissive. They seemed unwilling to explain the menu & expected customers to already know it. Even asking basic questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which made us feel like a burden. We were in a group & interacted with three different cashiers, & all had the same attitude.
