An exceptional chocolate venue that is a must go for all chocolate lovers ❤?❤? We love the decor of the venue & the incredible staff who are always on their feet giving the best customer service 🙏🙏 My husband & I both had the Choco Blitz & it was so so incredibly delicious ❤?❤? If anyone is in Place des Arts / Quartier Des Spectacles this is definitely a place to stop by as you will love it 100% 🎉🎉

There's a blonde worker there who is super rude & should not be allowed to work in customer service. My friend & I came in maybe ~10 minutes before closing, & we were just standing there for like 5 minutes because no one was saying anything. There were still other customers inside, so we thought we would be able to get a scoop of ice cream. All of the workers were performing closing duties I guess, & then finally the blonde one turn around & is aggressively pressing the buttons on the POS system, smiling sarcastically, & being extremely passive aggressive. I don't know how to describe it in words without just writing out the entire interaction but she has got to go. You couldn't have just said something? Idk why they're closing before the actual closing time. It's just it's an ice cream shop not some full dining experience where it would be rude if we came in at that time. Didn't know it's that hard to take 2 minutes to scoop one more scoop 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. & her little friend was just standing beside her staring. Use your words next time guys if you're not serving food anymore 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. I hope she sees this & feels embarrassed.

⭐ 1 Star - Absolutely unacceptable customer service

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

They made a mistake with my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. When I politely asked for the order to be corrected, the person responsible was disrespectful instead of simply fixing the problem. She then called the manager.

The manager's attitude was even more disappointing. He showed absolutely no interest in hearing what happened, did not ask a single question about the problem, did not apologize, & made no attempt whatsoever to find a solution. He seemed completely uninterested in customer satisfaction & appeared to care about only one thing: getting me out of the store.

This is not how you treat a customer, especially when the mistake was made by your own staff. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable - I simply wanted the order I had paid for to be corrected.

The biggest problem here wasn't the mistake. It was the complete lack of accountability, respect, & basic customer service from the management.

If this is how management treats customers when something goes wrong, I can't imagine trusting this business with my money again.

Extremely disappointing. I will not be coming back, & I would strongly recommend thinking twice before spending your money here.

Very disappointing experience. They made a mistake with my order, which can happen at any business. What was unacceptable was the way the situation was handled.
When I asked them to correct the mistake, the person in charge was disrespectful & called the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was even worse. He showed absolutely no interest in understanding what happened, did not ask what the issue was, did not try to find a solution, & did not even seem interested in correcting their mistake. His only apparent goal was to get me out of the store.
Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking responsibility & trying to fix them. Instead, I was treated as if I was the problem for simply asking them to correct an error they had made.
I would not recommend this place. The quality of customer service was extremely disappointing & the attitude of the management was unacceptable.

Expérience très décevante. Ils ont fait une erreur avec ma commande, ce qui peut arriver dans n'importe quel commerce. Le véritable problème a été la façon dont la situation a été gérée.
Lorsque j'ai demandé que l'erreur soit corrigée, la personne responsable a été irrespectueuse & a appelé le gérant. Malheureusement, le gérant a eu une attitude encore plus décevante. Il ne semblait absolument pas intéressé à comprendre ce qui s'était passé, ne m'a même pas demandé quel était le problème & n'a fait aucun effort pour trouver une solution ou simplement corriger leur erreur. Son seul objectif semblait être de me faire sortir du commerce.
Les erreurs peuvent arriver, mais un bon service à la clientèle consiste à reconnaître ses erreurs & à essayer de les corriger. Au lieu de cela, j'ai été traité comme si j'étais le problème alors que je demandais simplement qu'une erreur de leur part soit corrigée.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit. Le service à la clientèle était extrêmement décevant & l'attitude de la direction était inacceptable.

Very bad experience with the staff, i waited a long queue then the cashier took my order wrong when the staff called my name the order was wrong instead of fixing it they gave me a refund also in cash but i paid with card. Bad bad staff, i didn't get to taste this. Can't wait for them to close soon

The soft-serve ice cream dipped in chocolate was amazing! There were so many dip options, & we chose the dark chocolate, it had such a great taste & texture. They also have a variety of toppings to choose from. Definitely worth trying!
