The soft-serve ice cream dipped in chocolate was amazing! There were so many dip options, & we chose the dark chocolate, it had such a great taste & texture. They also have a variety of toppings to choose from. Definitely worth trying!

I went there once & took a bowl of ice cream with chocolate on top. I didn't like it at all but wanted to give them another chance with a dipped cone.

1. I took a small bowl of ice cream with a choice of dip. They put so, so much dip on it that it became a mess after 1 spoonful. More does not equal better, especially when it's not generosity, but a problem with the measurements in the bowl. I had to throw away the rest. Be careful when you take it in a bowl instead of a cone, because the employees don't know how to dose.

2. I thought that a cone might be better for me, so I took a dipped cone. This might be unpopular opinion, but I do not like their choclate. It takes forever to freeze over the ice cream & when it does, it doesn't'break' when you take a bite, it stays in one big piece & never becomes cold. Chocolat Favoris has been disappointing in my humble opinion.

Nous sommes venus aujourd'hui, le 3 août vers 16 h 30, en famille avec nos 5 enfants. Le magasin était pourtant presque vide, mais les deux employées semblaient très pressées.
Comme tous les enfants, les nôtres ont pris un peu de temps pour choisir leur glace. L'une des employées soupirait, levait les yeux au ciel & nous donnait clairement l'impression que nous lui faisions perdre son temps. Lorsque ma femme a remarqué qu'on lui servait de la glace à la vanille sans même lui demander son choix, elle a indiqué qu'elle n'en voulait pas. L'employée a alors réagi avec agacement, comme si cette demande était un problème.
Nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger du début à la fin, alors que le magasin était quasiment vide. C'est vraiment dommage, car les produits sont bons, mais la qualité de l'accueil est tout aussi importante. Malheureusement, nous ne reviendrons pas.

They have a huge variety of delicious ice cream, & every single one gets a generous chocolate dip. Portions are solid & you definitely get your money's worth-super reasonable prices for what you get!
