This place is fantastic! They have a wide variety of delicious ice creams, each generously coated in chocolate. The portion sizes are reasonable, & the prices are quite reasonable compared to what you get. Just be aware that it can get very crowded, sometimes with long lines. So, plan ahead & prepare accordingly.
Very nice place with a wide variety of chocolates, candies, & ice cream. Everything is beautifully displayed, the shop is very clean, & it smells amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

I went there during the Christmas times. It is in the Montreal downtown & it had variety of candies & chocolates & even variety of ice creams. We ordered vanilla along with chocolate on the top. It is a must visit place
Unfortunately do not have a better picture but their chocolate poutine was pretty good with the option to choose between fries & fried dough sticks. It also comes with ice cream & a drizzle of your choice
This ice cream & dessert shop looks amazing when you walk in! There are tons of different handmade chocolates displayed all over the store from top to bottom - it's really beautiful to see.
I mainly went there for their ice cream, & I tried the dark chocolate flavor, which was really good! However, the wait line was frustrating - I waited around 15 minutes just to get my ice cream. It was also a bit pricey compared to the amount you get, so it felt a little expensive for what it was.
Overall, it's a nice spot to visit for a treat & to check out the chocolates, but be prepared for a wait & slightly higher prices
Wow!! We stumbled upon this great chocolate & ice cream place.
We ordered a vanilla ice cream in a cup with two types of real dark chocolate toppings - brownie bliss & signature 74% dark. So good!!!
I've reviewed a couple of Chocolats Favoris locations & have reached a conclusion: this is not a place for me. I've tried several menu items & they, to me, all have the same problem: too much coating. While I appreciate that there are several options to choose from, the amount & thickness of the chocolate coating: makes the ice cream difficult to eat (with or without a spoon), makes the ice cream seriously sweet, & totally overpowers the flavour of the ice cream. If I wanted that much chocolate I'd buy a chocolate bar. I won't be returning to this ice cream chain.
It's busy but the line goes fast
Their portions & use of the chocolate is slightly less than other chocolat favoris franchises/stores but still if you want amazing ice cream covered in a chocolate bar, this is your spot

The location is set in one of my favorite parts of downtown, & Chocolat Favoris is a go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. Their signature chocolate-dipped soft serve ice cream, paired with a candy-factory vibe, makes the experience fun & indulgent. Personally, I always stick to the'baby' or mini sizes since the ice creams are incredibly rich. It's the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat either before or after catching a show at Place des Arts. This spot gets popular fast, so don't be surprised if there's a lineup-especially with tourists in the summer. When that happens, the staff can seem a bit overwhelmed.
I usually take 2 baby vanilla ice cream dipped in salted caramel & dulce de lèche (my 2 favorites 😍)
Tried something new the staff suggested me today : the Dubai chocolate blitz 🤤
No too sweet, vanilla ice-cream with crunchy pistachios, chocolate & strawberries 🤤 YUMMY!!!!

Obsessed since they had Toronto locations. The best chocolate dipped cone - creamy ice cream coated in a thick shell of chocolate in flavors like dulce de leche & milk chocolate. Trust me - the small/baby/mini are all a good size.
The store is bright, clean, & fun - the surrounding area is a bit depressing.
Staff was super friendly & patient. I just wish they wore gloves.
