Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec accord mets & vins. C'était bon. Belle ambiance, belle terasse. Notre serveuse était adorable. Le risotto était trop citronné & l'assiette de chou-fleur ne m'a pas impressionné. Sinon, tous les autres plats étaient bons. Le tartare de thon était divin.

L'ambiance est bonne pour un mardi. Nous étions 4 avec chacun un menu dégustation. Les entrées etait super frais pour la salade de tomates & les calmars etait très standard. Les 2 etait super! Tartare de thon incroyable & les pleurotes etait trèsbon mais manquait un peu de finesse. 3eme course etait bon, les plats était gouteaux. Petit bémol sur le changement de verre entre chaques differents vins. Il faut les changer entre chaque changement. Les descriptions des plats etait bien. Les accords mets/vins etait vraiment bien! Merci à Juliette pour son service personnalisé & professionnel. Cependant nous avons pris la table d'hote & il n'y avait pas assez de fondant au chocolat pour les 4 à la table alors le barman à clairement eu une mauvaise reponse devant la salle a manger. Jai finalement recu une crèmes brûler à la places. Cest pas le dessert le probleme mais la reponse que jai entendu de la bouche du barman. Également les employés qui se réuni au bar quand il y a encore des cients....ordinaire...encore plus lorsque vous closez devant les clients & fermer les lumieres ca nous dit juste "dehors". Pour des factures à 160$ chaques.....
Tout était parfait! Le choix du menu était varié; il y avait beaucoup de variété & tout le menu était appétissant, la nourriture excellente ainsi que la présentation, bonne ambiance & le service impeccable. Merci pour cette excellente soirée!
Its a couple of times we visit Chez Victoire & the food & service is always amazing! Marc-Antoine was our waiter on our last visit & he was great, very friendly, professional & with a great attitude!
This is a great choice for an elevated experience in the plateau; menu is diverse & seasonal, great wine list, & the staff are very kind & knowledgeable. My only complaint is that i found it a little dark in there (we all used our flashlights to read the menu). Would absolutely return!
If i could give this place 6 stars, I would. This restaurant is beyond incredible, delivering delicious meals & drinks with top noch service & atmosphere. I loved that I had the option to convert an appetizer into a full meal, & despite my many food allergies, I had no issue ordering or customizing my meal. We came here on a Friday evening with a large group, im glad we had reservations because it got very busy before we left. I cant wait to return on my next trip!
Man that place rocks... can't say I had a bad experience there. Plus I can litterally crawl back home. During covid they had fantastic take out options. Ok sure it can be a pricy spot like a lot of places in the area but its worth it especially if you crawl back home & dont Uber. Tomorrow I have cartilage transplant surgery so wish me good luck!
Walked by & decided to try it. It does not disappoint. The food is amazing & the staff are so knowledgeable & nice. The 4 service tasting menu with the wine pairing is an absolute must!!! I will definitely return
Tellement décevant. J'aurais tant voulu être enchantée par cette table comme par le passé. Je crois que le chef a dû changer, car l'exécution des plats n'était pas à la hauteur de la réputation de ce restaurant. Le service était plutôt agréable sans plus. Les huîtres étaient très correctes. Le tartare de thon était fade & les cavatellis bien ordinaires. Bien dommage.
Le moment passé chez Victoire était vraiment excellent. Le service était au top & côté cuisine, un quasi sans faute (effectivement, le pain au levain est vraiment quelconque). Pour le reste, rien à redire !
Le menu regorge d'ambition, mais l'exécution en cuisine a été décevante. En entrée, la 1re huître était bien, mais la 2e goûtait si bizarre qu'on a douté & préféré retourner l'assiette. Le chou-fleur & le carpaccio étaient ordinaires. Plats principaux : le risotto avait la consistance d'un gruau, & la pieuvre grillée noyait dans la sauce tomate. Seul point positif : nos serveurs ont été hors pair, offert un service sensible, & concocté de savoureux cocktails/mocktails. Mais au final, compte tenu que nous étions allés à ce resto pour notre 10e anniversaire de mariage -- après une première expérience très positive en décembre 2023 --, l'expérience d'aujourd'hui laisse un goût amer. J'aurais donné trois étoiles, mais depuis mon retour à la maison je suis prisonnier de ma salle de bain. D'où j'écris cette évaluation.
Ça fait plusieurs années que ces notre resto préféré, bouffe, vin, cocktail, ambiance & service impeccable, nous venons tout juste d'y fêter notre 15ieme anniversaire de couple moi & ma copine.
