Amazing experience at Chef On Call!
The food was fresh, hot, & absolutely delicious. The burgers & wraps were juicy, the fries have the perfect crispy, & the portions were very generous. The staff were friendly, fast(10-15 min wait time), & made the whole experience even better.
If you're looking for great comfort food late at night in Montreal, Chef On Call is definitely the spot. Highly recommend it & will definitely be coming back again!
What a great discovery! Perfect spot for lunch, dinner or late night snack (they're opened until 4 am!!). Super vast menu, there is something for everyone. Everything is homemade & freshly prepped (sauces, burger patties, etc). The dishes we ordered were all very flavourful, well balanced & crafted with intentions. Huge burgers, well garnished & juicy, cooked on a charcoal grill. The milkshakes are PHENOMENAL. The Biscoff one is PACKED with Biscoff, they're not skimpy. I highly recommend!
Food was overweldone, last time was so yummy, but tonight I invited my friends from Vancouver & unfortunately like so many other things have been changed during 2 , 3 years post COVID in Montreal, the food was not good like before / still nice staff
great in person. Do not ever order from uber eats. They took 1.5 hours to deliver a simple meal. Customer service was terrible, did not answer the phone, & they don't use uber eats platform drivers, & their driver drove in circles & took way too long to be normal. Very disappointing & will not be ordering here again.

ordered on uber January 2nd 2026 12:50 am asked the guy for no lettuce because we didn't leave note he said yes & when it came burger has lettuce barley any sauce on the burgers & hotdogs was burnt
The best food in town!!! Top notch service!! Jeff was amazingly service-full & patient in acquiring our very complicated order for our very large group including children!!
Le petit bonhomme qui danse nous a bien fait rire. La nourriture était bonne. Nous avons ete servis assez vite. Le prix était correct. Mais pour les mozza bricks, ce serait chouette de précisé que c'est piquant

Le gats il arrive il mappelle alors que je suis en plein teletravail je repond je dis appartement 3 juste pousse la porte en bas c ouvertt mais non il fait qua sa tete il depose la commande en bas alors que je suis en plein work .

I am writing to report a deeply disappointing experience I had when calling about my missing order. The representative who answered the phone was extremely rude & unprofessional. He raised his voice at me without any justification & ultimately hung up on me. He also claimed to have a photo which is entirely untrue, as nothing was ever delivered.
This level of conduct is completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed by the disrespect I encountered & by the overall handling of this situation. No customer should be treated in this manner, & I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.
I called to report that my order never arrived, & the person who answered the phone was unbelievably rude & unprofessional. He started yelling at me for absolutely no reason & even hung up on me. He claimed to have a picture showing that I was'standing at the door,' which is completely false-nothing was delivered.
This is extremely unacceptable. The level of disrespect I experienced is shocking, & I am incredibly disappointed with the service. No customer should ever be treated this way.
