What a great discovery! Perfect spot for lunch, dinner or late night snack (they're opened until 4 am!!). Super vast menu, there is something for everyone. Everything is homemade & freshly prepped (sauces, burger patties, etc). The dishes we ordered were all very flavourful, well balanced & crafted with intentions. Huge burgers, well garnished & juicy, cooked on a charcoal grill. The milkshakes are PHENOMENAL. The Biscoff one is PACKED with Biscoff, they're not skimpy. I highly recommend!
ordered on uber January 2nd 2026 12:50 am asked the guy for no lettuce because we didn't leave note he said yes & when it came burger has lettuce barley any sauce on the burgers & hotdogs was burnt

It's a very solid fast food place! The restaurant is clean, & the cashiers are friendly.
The burgers are good, although they can be a little messy. The vegetarian burger is also very good & reminiscent of real meat. The plain fries (not the poutine) are dry & lacking in flavor though. If you get the plain fries, eat them while they are hot.
The wings are okay. I would recommend getting them tossed in a sauce.
Does anyone else have trouble with the responsiveness of the website? Hungg gap & just rolling in the empty. Also, please put login on first page...I don't need, as a customer, to have to go through a landing page or funnel. For the food, you don't order there because your health is important! Comfort food could be better quality for the price paid. More options would be appreciated. Thank you.
Edit: Had a delivery this night & the delivery guy & the receptionist were A1! They must've been very busy cause they had forgotten my tenders & my poutine & offered to give me chef coin credits for the items but I was hungry & asked if there was time to deliver them. So they did & it was quick! Even gave me complementary sauces & a fried mars bar as a surprise! I was elated at the courtesies they showed! But, then again, I was polite & had given a decent tip. The food was good & perfect temperature! I'd still like them to offer more options, if possible but quality is ok for what they offer. I now use the app. as it's way more convenient & less of a pain in the a$$ to go through. You can track your order after the order page or in history of transactions.
Edit2: Got my delivery. My crisp burger was good but not hot hot,you know? & instead of Sprite×1 I got 2×lemoniced tea named Fuze. I didn't know they had this. I saw they had Monster drink in their list when ordering. I wasn't informed of the substitution & I disn't get my salad. Will follow-up with customer service tomorrow about that. I think I'll try ordering earlier than 1h22. Also, I tried installing the app I previously had & it doesn't work, even with location turned on.
Update on edit #2: I was contacted & got 8$ in Chef's coins. He said I didn't receive the right cold bag. He responded in 48 hours. All 😎👍
For the app, he asked some screenshots. LOL! I gave him the black screen I got & the icon of the app. I'll try again & hope it works.🤷?♀?
Je commande un wrap personnalisé sans la sauce piquante, arrivé chez moi je découvre que le wrap est remplit de sauce piquante. Immangeable. Pourtant habituellement c'est très bon. Payer 30$ pour rien manger.
Chef on Call has some of the most delicious Chicken sandwiches on this planet. The meat is tender, the sauces hit different, & the side dishes are clearly eloquently curated by a panel of gastronomical marketing geniuses. Come here if you’re looking for a great meal.
USED to be a great late night delivery service.. & I USED to be a long term faithful client.. but ChefOnCall has SERIOUSLY GONE DOWNHILL.. quality of the food has seriously gone down.. delivery has gotten slower.. occasional mistakes (forgetfulness) have gotten more & more frequent.. & now, what broke the camel's back, on my last order, they forgot to include the gravy for the poutine & when I called it in, I was told that four people confirmed that the gravy was included in the delivery & I WAS ASKED TO SMS THE PHOTOS OF THE FOOD to the owner.. all this over a $5 mini poutine.. I indulged him & texted several photos of a container with greasy fries.. I got a call back with the owner arguing that he sees some brown on the container, so the sauce is there..btw that brown was the grease from the fries.. UNHEARD OF.. NEVER CALLING THEM AGAIN!!!
