C bel & bien ecris appartement 3 just put the order dont knock
Le gats il arrive il mappelle alors que je suis en plein teletravail je repond je dis appartement 3 juste pousse la porte en bas c ouvertt mais non il fait qua sa tete il depose la commande en bas alors que je suis en plein work .
Jappelle on me dit ok on lui a parle est ce que tu vx 5$ credits puis jai dis non .
C ma 10 commande ou plus chez vous puis celle la c la dernière car c pas la premiere fois avc des livreurs qui veuelwnt pas deposer ca directement dans nos appartements.

We had the pleasure of working with Chef On Call for our recent Best Buddies event at Concordia University, & we couldn't be happier with the catering experience!

A special thank you to Irwin for going above & beyond to get everything ready for us on such short notice! We truly appreciate the effort in accommodating the different dietary restrictions for our buddies!! The smash burgers were a huge hit!

The food was absolutely delicious!! Our buddies & volunteers couldn't stop raving about the Cheese Sticks & the Pot de Creme Bar!!

Thank you Chef On Call for helping make our event so special! We highly recommend you to anyone looking for fantastic food catering & even better service. 💙✨

Does anyone else have trouble with the responsiveness of the website? Hungg gap & just rolling in the empty. Also, please put login on first page...I don't need, as a customer, to have to go through a landing page or funnel. For the food, you don't order there because your health is important! Comfort food could be better quality for the price paid. More options would be appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: Had a delivery this night & the delivery guy & the receptionist were A1! They must've been very busy cause they had forgotten my tenders & my poutine & offered to give me chef coin credits for the items but I was hungry & asked if there was time to deliver them. So they did & it was quick! Even gave me complementary sauces & a fried mars bar as a surprise! I was elated at the courtesies they showed! But, then again, I was polite & had given a decent tip. The food was good & perfect temperature! I'd still like them to offer more options, if possible but quality is ok for what they offer. I now use the app. as it's way more convenient & less of a pain in the a$$ to go through. You can track your order after the order page or in history of transactions.

Edit2: Got my delivery. My crisp burger was good but not hot hot,you know? & instead of Sprite×1 I got 2×lemoniced tea named Fuze. I didn't know they had this. I saw they had Monster drink in their list when ordering. I wasn't informed of the substitution & I disn't get my salad. Will follow-up with customer service tomorrow about that. I think I'll try ordering earlier than 1h22. Also, I tried installing the app I previously had & it doesn't work, even with location turned on.

Update on edit #2: I was contacted & got 8$ in Chef's coins. He said I didn't receive the right cold bag. He responded in 48 hours. All 😎👍
For the app, he asked some screenshots. LOL! I gave him the black screen I got & the icon of the app. I'll try again & hope it works.🤷?♀?

Food is overpriced but with promotions this place is excellent value. App has horrendous ui & is hard to use. Nice that they accept mcgill card though

Cheap & simple local resto to get food with no delivery fees when you order from their application. Pickup specials every day for those who are not as fortunate.

Update: J'y suis retourné une deuxième fois pour goûter les autres produits, c'est véritablement un sans faute ! Mention spéciale au milkshake café caramel qui est juste incroyable 🧡 - On m'a recommandé ce snack comme étant un incontournable à tester lorsque l'on se trouve à Montréal. & je dois dire que c'était plutôt véridique ! 👍🏻 En effet, la nourriture est très bonne, c'est frais. & le personnel est cordial ainsi que le service rapide ! 👌🏻 Puis ils proposent pas mal de choses, en cas de changement d'envies, c'est appréciable !

Ordered on their app with coupon, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the order arrived. We took the OG chicken burger & curly fries which were both very tasty.

Very disappointing. Ordered delivery via UberEats & since they use their own drivers it's impossible to track the order through the store. Waited two hours called 3 times only to eventually find out that my food had been delivered to the wrong apartment. Could not get my money back from the store & couldn't get it back from Uber either because of the way the app is set up making it unable to do anything besides say "order received" or "cancel order." Food is good but seriously bad delivery experience

A éviter à tout prix !!!!!! la moitié des plats n'est pas arrivée, il manquait tous les accompagnements, la nourriture était froide & immonde, & lorsqu'on a appelé le restaurant pour se faire rembourser, aucun effort n'a été fait pour nous accommoder. Vraiment Horrible !!!
