We had a great time at your restaurant . Our waiter ( I'm sorry I forgot his name :( ) was so so nice, friendly & funny! Food was really good & we like the Hot lava stone experience !

Cool concept! Relaxed ambiance with excellent service. Our waitresses were great & seemed happy, which is always a plus. Great selection of items to cook, some pretty exotic choices as well. Their desserts are delicious! Would recommend to everyone & we would definitely go back.
Wow. Just wow. We got the hot stone with a flank steak, & filet of tuna - it was DELICIOUS! We also had the dessert, which was home made & really, really good. Will definitely be back! The escargot in cheese wasn't bad but not my favorite. The goat cheese was delicious.
Nous étions 6 c'était ma fête, j'ai eu mon entré beaucoup après les 5 autres qui avaient déjà commencé à manger, ensuite la même chose c'est produit avec mon plat principal, j'étais presque rendu à dire au serveur que je ne voulais plus mon assiette. Tous mes amis étaient rendus à la moitié de leur repas quand j'ai finalement reçu mon souper. Ça ne se fait pas ce genre de chose en restauration! Les gens à la même table sont supposés être servi tous en même temps. En plus j'ai dit au serveur que c'était ma fête, il y avait deux autres personnes dont c'était leur fête qui on reçu leur gâteau avec une chanson & chandelle & rien pour moi. J'ai reçu mon dessert point. J'ai été déçu de ma soirée qui a quand même coûté 250$ pour mon conjoint & moi !
Notre serveur aurait pû être un peu plus souriant...& malgré que le restaurant n'était pas bonde nous nous sommes sentie pressé. Nous n'avions pas fini notre vin & par 3 fois il est venu voir pour prendre notre dessert. J'ai demandé un 2ieme café. Rien pour nous empêcher d'y retourner mais nous aurions prolongé notre présence avec d'autre consommation mais nous avions l'impression de déranger.

Mes attentes étaient élevées, alors j'ai été surpris de certains détails : la marche peu visible entre le vestibule du restaurant & la salle à manger (il faudrait un collant au bout de la marche pour que ce soit plus visible), le beurre "fouetté" froid & dur (il faudrait qu'il soit à la température pièce à partir de 17h), pain frais mais pas chaud (pourrait-il être réchauffé, pour faire spécial? Ou donner le choix?), un des morceaux de viande (en pierrade) était dur à mâcher (c'était peut-être un hasard de la nature ou le type de gibier ou ma maladresse à faire cuire les petites tranches, mais je n'avais pas ce problème avec les autres viandes), & au moins une sauce avait une apparence sèche en surface (comme si elles sortaient du réfrigérateur déjà dans son petit plat, mais c'est peut-être la pierre juste à côté qui l'a séchée en surface). Bref, j'ai eu quelques petits regrets (la sauce aux poivres aurait peut-être été meilleure), mais je retournerais bien au restaurant pour essayer les plats cuisinés. Dessert excellent! Meal was OK but NOT memorable. Waiter spent too much time trying to up-sell to include appetizer & dessert. Stone cooking seems novel but when I go out to eat, it is for someone else to cook not me.
We had a very entertaining & relaxed evening at the restaurant. Although labeled as a haute cuisine restaurant, it was quite informal & the food also not that exquisite. We both took a hotstone dish, after being convinced by the waitress, This is quite a familiar concept in the country we come from & often regarded as a bit ´cheapy´ but that was not the case here. Good quality of fish & meat & the stone gave it a nice grill taste. Desserts were a bit disappointing, quite bland. The star of the evening was our energetic, friendly & humourous waitress from Paris: it is always great to see someone having so much fun in her work! Overall; a good experience, although quite pricey, at least to our European standards, but in line with other Canadian diners we had.

The proposed Pierrade specialty of the night was excellent. My husband really enjoyed his liver (this is rarely offered at restaurants), very well cooked.
Finished off with sugar pie & creme brulé for dessert. Were very good except the pie could have been served at room temperature of heated up. Two specialty coffees (bailey & Sortiledge). Yummie
The servers & staff very friendly. Great dinner overall!
Service impeccable, nous avons adoré! Nous étions 4, de ces 4 personnes, 3 ont prit les pierrades & l'autre personne le filet mignon. La soupe du jour, la salade caesar, le pain servi, tout était délicieux! On nous a recommandé un vin (sablette) qui était parfait! Pour desserts nous avons pris 4 différents & oufff ils étaient tous vraiment bon. Merci à votre service vraiment top!!! Nous reviendrons bientôt c'est certain 🤤😁
Absolutely wonderful meal from Starters to mains through to dessert. Host was a delight as well. Very much enjoyed the escargot, onion soup, hot stone duck & calf's liver. Finished off with an Ice cream sundae!!!
