Not really close to our place in the village but worth the drive! They have one particular menu with hot plate on which you cook what you order as much as you like! Some medium some well done! Edge of the town with good parking lot! Good wine selection !
Traveling from Ottawa for a few days in Tremblant. This place was lovely! Sandrine's service & reception was second to none. We add the volcanic heated meat platters paired with a suggested wine. Food was impeccable! Highly recommend. It's about 16 minutes from mont tremblant proper. The place was super busy & we were there for about 90 minutes in total.
La pierrade C'est la vie & La Mers were Excellent as well as all the apetisers prior to the main course. The wine suggestion was also perfect with the meal. Nadine our hostess did an outstanding service upon our arrival with a very warm welcome & also was vert attentive our our needs during our meal from beginning to end. Nadine was very professional, assured that our expectations were met, & was extremely attentive & freindly. I highly recommend this establishment. Bravo Fabien for your wonderful restaurant. Thank you very much
For our wedding anniversary we went here & another restaurant. This was the most expensive of the two & the other restaurant was miles above this one in terms of quality. The onion soup was mediocre, I had a full duck breast & either it was the smallest duck or they didn't give it entirely. (I cook duck on a regular basis) it was also poorly cooked & bland. The wine list was boring & the bottle we were interested in wasn't even available. The service was decent but lacked enthusiasm. I think this restaurant is meant to impress tourists who aren't used to high quality dining experiences. While nothing was actually bad (why im giving 3 stars & not 2 or 1) Nothing was good or great. A very forgettable experience.
We had supper here for my birthday & it was delicious! We had the onion soup, Swiss Fondue, beef cheek, duck, creme Brulee, & red wine. The staff were also very kind. I highly recommend.
What a delightful place & what delicious food! I had the flank steak pierade, & my husband had the pierade with venison, elk & bison. They serve very nice wines by the glass, & we thoroughly enjoyed our evening with friends. The prices are quite reasonable & the service is very good. What's not to like?
The food was great. The price for a bottle of wine was decent & the service was great.
Was very hot no AC to cool down the place to enjoy dinner. We move outside & the mosquitos were absolutely brutal. No screen enclosures. Service was so so as our waiter was not very friendly very systematic no smile. Food was ok the stone were not quite hot enough to eat up our food it took a while & you had to cook everything at once. Wine list not a huge choice mostly young wine. All in all I did not like the experience. I tried it last year kinda the same results so I wanted to do it again as my friends told me it was changed & better but to my surprise I was nit impressed.
Great place to visit in Mont-Tremblant! Food is much more carnivore oriented but if you are ok with that, you gonna like it! The service was beyond friendly & professional! Really appreciate 1/2 bottle format for wines! Price is extremely reasonable, we had a full dinner for 2 for 250$ with tax & tips & wine.
Excellent service & wonderful food. Wine list is fabulous. We certainly will be back
Excellent food & wine.! Our server was very attentive & I tried my meal on the "Hot Stone" after he explained how it worked. I was very happy with this new experience. My husband really enjoyed his salmon dish as well. The crème brûlée & sugar tart rounded of a delicious dinner.
Cozy & warm atmosphere as you are received by equally energetic, cordial & receptive service. Menu is expansive & eclectic with enough variety for everyone's taste. Beautiful presentations of the entrees & main courses. Meals were simply delicious. One additional nice aspect was the very, very reasonable prices for the wines. After experiencing the ridiculous, absurd mark-ups in the wine menus of a host of other fine dinning restaurants in Mont Tremblant, C'est la Vie was a breath of fresh air. Note that the restaurant is located in St. Jovit & a good 12-15 car ride from Mont Tremblant resort proper, but we'll worth the short taxi ride.
Great hot stone dishes, the meat was of high quality although downside of this serving method is that we effectively have to "grill" the raw meat ourselves. Portion could've been larger though. Lamb shank was fantastic especially with the source. Very good range of wine list. Decent value overall.
Great ambience, wonderful quality of food & wine. The service is superb. We had a great experience!
