About

C'est la Vie specializes in traditional French fondue service where communal pots of melted cheese and savory broths serve as the primary focus. Diners immerse skewers of fresh bread, crisp vegetables, and curated protein selections into these rich, bubbling bases. The culinary approach emphasizes a relaxed and interactive meal structure centered on the act of dipping and sharing. Beyond the core fondue offerings, the kitchen prepares crisp garden salads featuring seasonal produce and house-made vinaigrettes designed to provide a bright contrast to the hearty cheese components. The interior space features rustic wood elements that facilitate a grounded and focused atmosphere for patrons. Every preparation follows established regional techniques to ensure consistent flavor profiles across the diverse menu of melted classics and garden-fresh sides.

Came here after a trip on the slopes in Mt Tremblant. My table got the liver & roasted duck breast. The hot stone grill was such a cool experience & made the meat so juicy! I don't recommend the French onion soup here. Very kind servers & staff as well!

Mon conjoint & moi sommes allés souper hier soir & on a adoré! Tout était délicieux, & le service était vraiment excellent : attentionné, rapide & chaleureux. Nous avons pris les pierrades & on a vraiment aimé le concept, super belle expérience & très bon repas. On recommande sans hésiter!

The food was delicious & heart warming. Specific dishes were exceptional … The Canadien Pierrade is worth every penny if you are an adventurous eater. & the soupe a l'oignon was impeccably good… you can't go wrong with a giant slice of texas toast with melted cheese on top for a'crouton'.

& the service? Was beyond hospitable, friendly & sharp. They do an exceptional job of having a family-run atmosphere with professional & accurate execution.

We can't wait to come back!
Great for Gluten Sensitive & Gluten Free.

Tellement une belle petite place rustique pour aller souper en amoureux. Nous avons partagé la fondue au fromage & avons pris une pierrade chacun avec deux viandes & légumes. Les portions, le goût, le service chaleureux, c'était super! Je recommande!

The salad appetizer is not worth the money, lettuce & some carrot with sauce & a few chunks of tomato & I think it was $16. The dinner was awesome as we got the hot stone. Expensive but I think worth the experience as you cook it yourself on the hot stone. My partner got the French onion soup to start & he enjoyed that. I had a dessert the parfait & it was delicious. Service was good! They had lots of options for me as a celiac. Overall a pleasant expensive experience.

For our wedding anniversary we went here & another restaurant. This was the most expensive of the two & the other restaurant was miles above this one in terms of quality. The onion soup was mediocre, I had a full duck breast & either it was the smallest duck or they didn't give it entirely. (I cook duck on a regular basis) it was also poorly cooked & bland. The wine list was boring & the bottle we were interested in wasn't even available. The service was decent but lacked enthusiasm. I think this restaurant is meant to impress tourists who aren't used to high quality dining experiences. While nothing was actually bad (why im giving 3 stars & not 2 or 1) Nothing was good or great. A very forgettable experience.
