Caspienne est un petit restaurant intimiste de cuisine iranienne. Nous avons eu un excellent repas & la dame qui nous a servi était très gentille & accueillante! J'ai particulièrement aimé l'entrée d'aubergine (kashke bademjoune). Comme plats principaux nous avons choisi le ragoût traditionnel persan (Fessenjoun) puis l'assiette de viandes (Kébab chenjeh, kébab koubideh & poulet). Nous avons apprécié que ce soit un restaurant apportez votre vin! Un resto typique perse à découvrir si ce n'est pas déjà fait!
Nous avons trouvé ce restaurant totalement par opportunisme (alors que nous avions dû revirer de bord à un autre resto où nous avions prévus aller), & quelle heureuse surprise ce fut.
Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux & nous ont accueillis les bras ouverts même si nous n'avions pas de réservation (samedi soir).
Nous avons choisi quelques plats aux hasards parmis les choix typiques perses, & le tout était excellent, avec mention spéciale pour le kébab chenjeh.
Vraiment une superbe découverte que nous comptons revisiter!

Hands down the best Iranian restaurant I've tried in the Montreal area - South Shore - Montérégie. Taste & quality of the meat (Chenjeh, Koubideh, Djoudje) was absolutely outstanding, & so all of the appetizers we had (Mirza, beetroot humus with in-house baked bread straight out of the oven, chicken soup), ending with a delicious Baklava with Cardamone-black tea. The staff were all extremely kind & service efficient. The restaurant is also conveniently located next to the highway exit. I will definitely go back & can only recommend it.
À l'arrivée, on nous a servi de délicieux petits pains chauds fait maison accompagnés d'humus à la betterave velouté & savoureux.
Notre plat principal préféré fut le Kebab Chenjeh. Viande tendre & goûteuse qui fond dans la bouche.
La soupe servie en entrée etait vraiment bonne. Des saveurs nouvelles pour nous.
Les portions sont bonnes. On sort rassasié sans pour autant gaspiller.
Pour finir au dessert, nous avons mangé la mousse au chocolat/avocat. Vraiment exquis. Bien dosé, le goût de chocolat noir est excellent & celui d'avocat très subtil.
Nous y retournerons pour goûter d'autres mets c'est certain.
Our party of 4 enjoyed the very tasty food, the koobideh was tender as was the joojeh,& chenjeh, rice portions is individually cooked, each with its own bit of saffron rice & perfectly crunchy golden tahdig. The Baklava is delicious as well. A clean & comfortable atmosphere with very polite, friendly & attentive staff.

This place is a must-visit for koobideh & chenjeh kebab lovers! The meat was juicy, flavorful & tender. The ambience is warm, inviting. A great vibes all around. Highly recommend!
My friends surprised me for my birthday at this restaurant. Definitely one of the best Persian restaurants I've been to. Really recommend their chenjeh( & other dishes too).
We had an amazing meal here! The kebab koubideh was juicy & flavorful, & the chenjeh was perfectly grilled-tender & full of taste. The crispy rice (tahdig) was a real highlight too-golden, crunchy, & just the right amount of buttery. Everything tasted fresh & homemade. Definitely recommend if you're craving authentic Persian food!
We found this lovely Persian place right off the highway 15 for lunch on Sunday. We were warmly greeted by our host Khalil & shown gracious hospitality. We ordered the classic Koubideh & chenjeh kebab plates & they were perfect!! We were served the just-baked bread appetizer with hummus & a light, fresh salad-both were delightful! The koubideh portion was generous & juicy with the roasted tomato, pickled cabbage, two peppers, & a very large heap of fragrant steaming hot rice topped with a crispy pita. The chenjeh was grilled perfectly & a good quality cut that was tender & flavourful. Our meal ended with a hot tea & a small jam & pistachio cookie. We really enjoyed the ambiance & look forward to our next visit.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly hospitable & friendly, offering us a variety of extras with our order. I tried the koobideh, chenjeh, & pizza. As an Iranian, I found the food to be fairly normal. The koobideh had a generous amount of meat, but it could have been grilled more thoroughly on the BBQ; the inside was slightly undercooked. The chenjeh wasn't particularly memorable, but the pizza was quite good, resembling the style of Iranian pizzas, which I enjoyed. I would recommend focusing on improving the koobideh, as many customers visit Iranian restaurants specifically for this dish. With a bit more attention to grilling & seasoning, it could become a standout item on the menu.
We've ordered Koobideh & Chenjeh with Caspienne salade. It was really delicious, especially the salad was amazing. Very friendly staff & the service was great. Definitely recommend it.
