As someone of Middle Eastern descent, I will never understand why ethnic restaurants sell pizza in a restaurant called'Restaurant iranien Caspienne' or bland white rice. It seems like the cook or owner are allergic to salt & butter because everything we tasted was bland. We decided to try this since we wanted to give Persian Food a chance & we were seriously disappointed.
The service was very quick which is always a red flag but we told ourselves maybe the food will be better. But the meat was unseasoned & tasted weird. The bread they gave us looked good but once again it had no taste to it. The rice was just bland white rice. The soup was the only decent thing & you could tell that it was reheated & not fresh. Overall, a disappointing experience & the insult on the injury was the final price. 65$ for 2 people is crazy in 2026. I don't really understand how this has 4.8 starts on 5. Either people have poor taste or the owner is bribing people with free food if you leave good reviews. The people in the restaurant around weren't even finishing their plates & they all looked disappointed.

A beautiful Persian experience!
The food at Caspian Restaurant was absolutely delicious - rich in flavor & clearly made with love. Every bite felt like a taste of home. The live music was amazing, full of soul & tradition - it truly woke up memories & created such a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic Persian cuisine & culture.
An unforgettable private event - 10/10 experience!
We reserved the entire restaurant this past Monday night for a group of about 20 people, & I cannot recommend Restaurant Caspienne enough. From the planning stages to the very end of the night, everything was perfect.
First, the owner is truly the most joyous person I have ever met. She was incredibly nice & accommodating, working closely with us to craft a buffet-style menu that worked perfectly for our group.
When we arrived, the presentation of the food was stunning & so thoughtful. As for the taste-everything was absolutely delicious. For some of our group, this was their first time trying Persian cuisine. Even though some dishes were outside of their usual comfort zone, every single item was a hit. By the end of the night, we couldn't think of one thing that wasn't amazing.
The owner & her staff were there for whatever we needed, & the entertainment added such a fun vibe to the evening. If you are looking for incredible food & a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you have to go here!
Highly recommend this Persian restaurant! From the soup & eggplant appetizer, mix of meat & vegetable, savory rice , until the hot tea & baklava , all are super tasty & delicious!!
Caspian Persian Restaurant is a warm & welcoming place. The host is very friendly, & the lady who welcomes you is extremely kind & also the owner. The starters are very delicious & are served with a small, unique bread that adds a nice touch. The prices are a little high, but that's normal for Persian restaurants. The place is clean, including the restroom, which is appreciated. Overall, a pleasant & enjoyable experience.

We found Caspinne Restaurant through Google & decided to book them for our wedding - even without tasting the food first, which is something very unusual for any Persian! My husband is Italian/French-Canadian, but he really wanted a Persian wedding with authentic Persian food, & Caspinne delivered beyond our expectations.
The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor, beautifully presented, & loved by all our guests - Persian & non-Persian. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, & they truly brought the taste of home to our special day.
Thank you to the whole Caspinne team for making our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommend! 🧿✨

Absolutely amazing! Caspian Restaurant in Candiac offers an authentic Persian dining experience with delicious, beautifully presented dishes & warm, welcoming service. The flavors are rich & traditional - the kebabs were juicy & perfectly grilled, & the rice was fragrant & fluffy. You can feel the love & care in every bite.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy true Persian cuisine in a cozy & clean environment. Can't wait to come back!

This is my first time in Montreal & I came here to eat dinner, we even arrived a little bit late, but their food is realllyyyy realllay good, I loved it. The customer service was amazing. They stayed open late for us so we can eat & not making us rush at all. The lady was really lovely. I will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try a Persian food in Montreal.
Had a lovely evening at La Caspienne in Candiac with friends. Pretty & comfortable decor, warm welcome from the owners &, best of all… yummy Persian feast! I can't say enough! They tell us that they have traditional Persian music on Friday … so coming back for all these good things! Thank you for a nice evening!
I didn't hesitate celebrating my son's birthday at caspienne. Since it was a special occasion, the staff basically treated us like VIP providing extra care & thoroughly explaining to the non-persians what iranian cuisine really is. Long story short, the people invited never expected such good food. By the way, the portions were huge!!!
