I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.

When we were seated & our food arrived, no knives were provided. I had to ask for them, & despite there being three people at our table, only one knife was brought. It felt careless & dismissive.

What disappointed me even more was the staff's attitude when I raised the issue. Instead of apologizing, the server repeatedly insisted that the problem was because I hadn't expressed myself clearly. At no point did she acknowledge the mistake or offer a sincere apology.

The restaurant was not busy-we arrived around 8:00 PM-so there was no obvious reason for such poor service. Whenever we needed assistance, it was difficult to find anyone.

I won't comment further on the service attitude, but this experience has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Super long a l'attente .On demande salade traditionnelle 3 fois elle revient avec la crémeuse. Une autre serveuse arrive pour le dessert .elle roule les yeux tout le tenos qu'on pose des question. Très déçue

Nous étions un groupe de 17 personnes. Nous sommes allés souper suite à la cérémonie de décès de ma maman. Nous avons obtenus un excellent services par deux jeunes serveuses souriantes & très efficaces. Après une journée difficile & émotive, ça été très apprécié.

This is a mixed review of the evening. The time to be seated was fine & the location where we sat was okay. Food was great. Based on my personal experience working in the hospitality sector, the service was very slow. The restaurant was not full so I am confused why. My friend & I constantly had to flag down the waitress, & waited long periods for the food (our dessert was missing the main ingredient!). My advice is better training of staff. For a night like that, your restaurant should have been populated, running at a good pace. I like this place, hopefully some changes will be thought of, also a boost of the morale of the staff, who didn't look happy - that doesn't reflect well either.
