We visited Caspian Restaurant for the first time yesterday with family, & it was an incredible experience! From the start, we were treated to fresh, warm bread & a delicious hummus dip.
We ordered the two-person platter featuring Koobideh, Chenjeh, & Joojeh-all of which were cooked to perfection & full of flavor. The highlight for me was the traditional local Doogh (yogurt drink) with butter foam on top; it was absolutely unique & refreshing. We also had the Mirza Ghasemi (eggplant dish), which was authentic & delicious.
To top it all off, we had tea & homemade baklava for dessert. The baklava was fresh, light, & easily one of the best I've had. Overall, 100/100 for food quality, service, & atmosphere. Highly recommended!
Quelle magnifique découverte ! ✨ Nous cherchions un restaurant avec une cuisine différente, & c'est en voyant leur annonce sur Instagram que j'ai décidé de suivre Caspienne à Candiac. Pour l'anniversaire de mon mari, je lui ai proposé plusieurs options sur la Rive-Sud, & c'est lui qui a finalement choisi Caspienne. Nous n'avons pas regretté une seconde : nous sommes littéralement tombés amoureux de ce restaurant.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'accueil. Les dames qui nous ont servis étaient souriantes, chaleureuses & très attentionnées. L'ambiance du restaurant est cosy & intime, ce qui donne immédiatement l'impression d'être ailleurs, tout en rappelant certains petits restos du Plateau à Montréal, avec ce mélange de simplicité & d'authenticité qui fait du bien.
Nous avons commencé par deux entrées, toutes deux succulentes & généreuses, suivies des soupes qui étaient un vrai délice. En les goûtant, j'ai eu un petit moment de nostalgie : elles m'ont rappelé la soupe maison de ma mère quand j'étais enfant. C'est rare de retrouver ce genre de saveur qui réconforte & fait voyager en même temps.
Nous étions aussi accompagnés de mes beaux-parents. Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié, c'est que chacun y a trouvé son bonheur. Même mon beau-père, qui est habituellement assez difficile & qui n'aime pas trop sortir de sa zone de confort, a été agréablement surpris. Une bonne pizza québécoise lui a fait changer d'avis, & il s'est régalé !
De notre côté, nous avons goûté aux grillades, & franchement, ce sont les meilleures que j'ai mangées sur la Rive-Sud. Tendres, savoureuses, parfaitement assaisonnées… un vrai plaisir ! Les portions sont généreuses & on sent vraiment que la qualité des ingrédients est au rendez-vous.
En résumé : un service impeccable, une ambiance chaleureuse, des plats délicieux & authentiques. Caspienne est devenu notre nouveau coup de coeur sur la Rive-Sud. Nous recommandons fortement ce restaurant & c'est certain que nous y retournerons. 💛
I highly recommend this little Iranian restaurant. Delicious food, great ambiance, best homemade baklava I ever tasted & wonderful owners, who are very kind & hardworking.

DELICIEUX! Nous avons commandé du take out! voici les plats choisis - L'assiette avec poulet, l'assiette avec les morceaux de boeuf & l'assiette avec les brochettes de boeuf haché, nous avons aussi commandé une entrée d'aubergines & tomates! Le tout était plus qu'excellent! Les viandes sont tendres & juteuses & le riz est croustillant & savoureux! Je recommande à tous d'essayer. Les portions sont aussi très généreuses!

Nous recommandons autant pour la pizza que pour les mets perses.

We reserved the entire restaurant this past Monday night for a group of about 20 people, & I cannot recommend Restaurant Caspienne enough. From the planning stages to the very end of the night, everything was perfect.
First, the owner is truly the most joyous person I have ever met. She was incredibly nice & accommodating, working closely with us to craft a buffet-style menu that worked perfectly for our group.
When we arrived, the presentation of the food was stunning & so thoughtful. As for the taste-everything was absolutely delicious. For some of our group, this was their first time trying Persian cuisine. Even though some dishes were outside of their usual comfort zone, every single item was a hit. By the end of the night, we couldn't think of one thing that wasn't amazing.
The owner & her staff were there for whatever we needed, & the entertainment added such a fun vibe to the evening. If you are looking for incredible food & a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you have to go here!

We had our annual family gathering yesterday at Restaurant Caspienne, & everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
Sayda, the owner, did an outstanding job - from the appetizers to the main courses & all the way to the desserts. Every dish was beautifully presented & full of authentic, rich flavors. You can truly feel the care & passion put into the food.
The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, making it the ideal place for a family celebration. The service was attentive, generous, & made us feel at home throughout the entire evening.
An exceptional dining experience in every sense - amazing taste, great presentation, & heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended, & we will definitely be back.
Highly recommend this Persian restaurant! From the soup & eggplant appetizer, mix of meat & vegetable, savory rice , until the hot tea & baklava , all are super tasty & delicious!!
We found Caspinne Restaurant through Google & decided to book them for our wedding - even without tasting the food first, which is something very unusual for any Persian! My husband is Italian/French-Canadian, but he really wanted a Persian wedding with authentic Persian food, & Caspinne delivered beyond our expectations.
The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor, beautifully presented, & loved by all our guests - Persian & non-Persian. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, & they truly brought the taste of home to our special day.
