Authentic & delicious. Best mince meat kebab I've had in years. House baklava is legit & pairs perfectly with the tea. Service is great, owner is very open & friendly.

We reserved the entire restaurant this past Monday night for a group of about 20 people, & I cannot recommend Restaurant Caspienne enough. From the planning stages to the very end of the night, everything was perfect.
First, the owner is truly the most joyous person I have ever met. She was incredibly nice & accommodating, working closely with us to craft a buffet-style menu that worked perfectly for our group.
When we arrived, the presentation of the food was stunning & so thoughtful. As for the taste-everything was absolutely delicious. For some of our group, this was their first time trying Persian cuisine. Even though some dishes were outside of their usual comfort zone, every single item was a hit. By the end of the night, we couldn't think of one thing that wasn't amazing.
The owner & her staff were there for whatever we needed, & the entertainment added such a fun vibe to the evening. If you are looking for incredible food & a warm, welcoming atmosphere, you have to go here!

It has a very pleasant atmosphere. The taste of the koobideh was really good, with no smell of raw meat. The rice was perfectly cooked, & the kashk-e-bademjan had a lovely homemade flavor. Thank you for the great quality of your food!
We've been waiting for a restaurant like this in the South Shore, & it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, both the chenje & chicken kebabs were perfectly cooked, juicy, & tender. The salad we ordered was incredibly fresh & delicious, adding a perfect balance to the meal. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind & attentive, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend everyone visit & try their amazing food!
Our party of 4 enjoyed the very tasty food, the koobideh was tender as was the joojeh,& chenjeh, rice portions is individually cooked, each with its own bit of saffron rice & perfectly crunchy golden tahdig. The Baklava is delicious as well. A clean & comfortable atmosphere with very polite, friendly & attentive staff.

The food was fantastic-delicious & full of flavor, with high-quality meat & perfectly cooked rice. It was a great experience enjoying the authentic taste of Iranian kebabs & cuisine.
The atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a wonderful spot to celebrate with family & friends. I also appreciated that you can bring your own drinks, which added a nice personal touch to the evening.
There's a free parking lot available, which is always a plus.
Overall, it was a memorable visit-& definitely not the last!

We had an amazing meal here! The kebab koubideh was juicy & flavorful, & the chenjeh was perfectly grilled-tender & full of taste. The crispy rice (tahdig) was a real highlight too-golden, crunchy, & just the right amount of buttery. Everything tasted fresh & homemade. I had an exceptional dining experience at this Iranian restaurant! The kebab was absolutely delicious-tender, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The seasoning was spot on, & the presentation was impressive. We also enjoyed a cup of tea with a sweet, flaky baklava for dessert, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Iranian flavors. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
We found this lovely Persian place right off the highway 15 for lunch on Sunday. We were warmly greeted by our host Khalil & shown gracious hospitality. We ordered the classic Koubideh & chenjeh kebab plates & they were perfect!! We were served the just-baked bread appetizer with hummus & a light, fresh salad-both were delightful! The koubideh portion was generous & juicy with the roasted tomato, pickled cabbage, two peppers, & a very large heap of fragrant steaming hot rice topped with a crispy pita. The chenjeh was grilled perfectly & a good quality cut that was tender & flavourful. Our meal ended with a hot tea & a small jam & pistachio cookie. We really enjoyed the ambiance & look forward to our next visit.
I really loved the food, we were there in a large group & yet the food (we all got iranian food because we are Iranian) arrived almost perfectly & at the same time. The lady & the guy (apparently her husband) were friendly & very patient even though i asked alot of questions. At the end i ordered a pizza to get home & taste because i am in love with pizza & the pizza ( i don't remember the name but there was ham, meat & pepperoni) was so stunning that i couldn't wait until I got home, i ate it in the way hahaha. In general, i recommend the restaurant 100%
Recently visited Caspienne restaurant for the first time, & had a great experience. We ordered from the kebab menu, & the food was delicious with generous portions at a fair price. Before the main course, we enjoyed flavorful appetizers like yogurt, olive, & eggplant dish. To end the meal we had chai & baklava, which was fresh & perfectly sweet. The service was excellent, with attentive hospitality from the owner, & the restaurant itself was clean & beautifully decorated. Overall, Caspienne offers good food, a welcoming atmosphere, & excellent value.
