I thought the Georgia was one of the most balanced cocktails I've ever had. It was so good & that night I had a dream where I was driving down the highway along the coast & I stopped & rolled down the window & someone handed me this drink. That's the vibe.
Superbe restaurant pour diner, souper. Tout est délicieux, l'offre de vin est absolument parfaite & le service exceptionnel de Matisse! Ne pas hésiter à y aller entre amis, collègues.
Le service du restaurant est excellent, le personnel est attentionné. La nourriture est bonne & les portions assez généreuses. Cependant, les plats proposés à la carte manquent un peu d'innovation (une purée saucisse, pour 24$, mériterait une touche de revisite). Les desserts sont simples & efficaces mais manquent de goût & finesse pour le prix affiché. La carte des vins est dispendieuse mais il y a un bon choix dans la variété. Gros bémol du restaurant, il est particulièrement bruyant à cause de la petite taille de la salle.
Gros coup d'coeur! Service impeccable, même si ma mère n'entendait rien du serveur (resto très bruyant), mais ça n'empêche pas mes 5 étoiles. Pétoncle, tartare de boeuf & poisson bar..malade comment c'était bon. Ma mère veut y retourner :)

I don't often give 5 star reviews but the service was amazing as was the food. The server we had took the time to explain the menu to us which was helpful as we had a couple dietary restrictions, he gave us some great recommendations, servers were great about filling our waters & just great experience start to finish. & the food was incredible, everything from the oysters to the lamb was well worth it & we ordered a lot of food & still every dish we had was delicious. I also liked their reservation system & the restaurant itself has a beautiful ambience. It is more expensive but well worth it.
Nous avons passé une superbe soirée. Le personnel est aux petits soins & accueillant. La cuisine est bonne & raffinée, tout ça dans une ambiance tamisée & chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons!
I recently visited CASAVANT in Montreal, & it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was phenomenal-each dish was bursting with flavor & prepared with such care. From the beautifully presented plates to the rich & perfectly balanced flavors, every bite was a treat. The wine selection was also impressive, & the pairing elevated the meal even further. What truly stood out, though, was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, warm, & genuinely made us feel welcome. They went above & beyond to ensure we had an amazing dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet sophisticated, with a vibe that's perfect for both intimate dinners & special occasions. CASAVANT is definitely a gem in Montreal, & I can't wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional food & service!
Such a cute place. Perfect for dates. Food is delicious & they are very accommodating if you have allergies or intolerances. Expect to pay 100$ per person.

Rien n'est laissé au hasard chez Casavant : on sent le désir d'excellence autant dans l'assiette que dans la déco & le service. Il y avait longtemps que je n'avais pas vécu une expérience gastronomique aussi satisfaisante! On aurait bien aimé voir quelques bouteilles moins chères au menu toutefois.
Une superbe expérience L'atmosphère, le service, la bouffe tout etait au top! Le serveur super bien compris nos goûts en vin & nous à dénicher une belle bouteille de blanc tout a fait a notre goût! Bravo Bravo j'y retournerai sans hésiter!!!
Très bon repas. Simple & goûteux. Gros bémol, la salle est très bruyante! À éviter si vous recherchez un endroit calme. Dommage, la soirée a été gâchée par ça.
C'était franchement super bon de l'entrée au dessert. Les pétoncles extra en entrée, la saucisse purée tellement bien réussie. Service sympa & prix corrects. Mais 4* parce que le bruit c'est pas possible, pas du tout insonorisé on l'entend même de dehors à travers la vitre, impossible de s'entendre sans crier.
