Une expérience absolument mémorable. Tout était parfait, de l'ambiance chaleureuse créée par la petite bougie sur la table jusqu'à la finesse incroyable des assiettes.

La présentation des plats est digne d'un grand art. J'ai été particulièrement impressionné par le travail sur les textures, notamment avec les asperges parfaitement cuites & la sauce riche qui accompagnait la viande. C'est rare de trouver une telle qualité & autant de soin dans chaque détail.

Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine qui cherchent une soirée spéciale à Montréal. Nous avons passé un excellent moment & nous reviendrons certainement très bientôt.

This restaurant is awesome!!! We weren't feeling that hungry so we went with their smaller portioned dishes. Our serveuse Claire was amazing. We got all the pertinent information about their dishes & experienced great service. Their scallop dish in particular blew us away. Seriously, everyone s gotta try it! Their beef tartare & mushroom dish were great as well. Oysters were very fresh & their cucumber sauce was a light yet amazing touch that enhanced the taste. Would recommend 100%

Nous avons passé un déjeuner tout en saveurs au Casavant. Le cadre est particulièrement confortable & invite à la détente, idéal pour profiter pleinement du moment. La cuisine est savoureuse, bien exécutée & pleine de finesse.
Les cocktails sont réussis, & les conseils en vin sont pertinents & parfaitement adaptés aux plats proposés, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Une adresse que je recommande vivement à toute personne souhaitant passer un moment gourmand & raffiné.

My wife & I ate at Casavant while visiting Montreal this weekend & had an all around lovely experience. We were definitely the only non-Francophones in attendance but all staff from the owners to servers were so kind & helpful. They helped us through the wine list & we ended up with a perfect bottle. We shared the scallops, beef tartare, duck & seabass. All four dishes were incredible, but the scallops were a favourite. One of the owners made us a list of other restaurants, bars & sites to see when he found out it was our first time in Montreal.

All around great experience & would highly recommend.

Favorite restaurant experience in Montreal during my most recent visit. Absolutely incredible meal from start to finish!! Delicious, creative dishes that were executed with the highest craft. Friendly & attentive staff that were helpful in wine & meal pairings. Couldn't recommend more!

They don't do restaurants like this anymore. The service was excellent, every ingredient was fresh. Best beef tartare I've ever tasted. Would definitely recommend, & would definitely go back
