A cute wine bar serving serious food. Do not let the trendy appearance fool you, there is some high caliber, creative cooking happening here. Everything we ordered was a dish we'd heard of before, done with a slight twist, & to perfection. Best beef tartare we've ever had. The service was amazing, & the wine recommendations were spot on.

Nous sommes allés chez Casavant hier soir pour le souper. J'avais choisi ce restaurant sur la base des critiques sur Internet & le fait que ce restaurant fait partie de la liste du Top 100 au Canada. Le resto a été à la hauteur des attentes. Le meilleur plat: l'entrée de pétoncles (wow, quel plat délicieux). Nous avons également goûté au tartare de boeuf (différent), la salade César, les pâtes à l'encre de seiche, la saucisse d'agneau & les carottes rôties. Tout les plats étaient goûteux, différents & à la hauteur d'un grand resto. La carte des vins est très élaboré & on peut y dépenser une petite fortune si on le désire. A recommander sans hésitation. Par contre, attendez-vous à une facture représentative de la qualité.

Resto de quartier à Villeray. Belle place. Service sympa. Bonne musique. Bonne carte des vins. Bonne bouffe mais un peu trop sucrée ou salée.
