Went to the Carlos & Pepe's in Blainville, where they had vegan cauliflower tacos. This location doesn't have it. Wish more restaurants around West Island & Vaudreuil would have vegan options for all of the allergy & intolerances out there these days.

The decoration at Carlos y Pepe's was amazing. You can tell they really put a lot of effort into the place. Everything is very well kept & the atmosphere makes the experience even better.

For food, we tried the birria tacos & they were delicious, honestly a 10 out of 10. I also ordered the al pastor tacos, but those were not my favorite. They added a spicy mayo sauce that kind of overpowered the flavor of the ingredients. The side rice it tastes like instant rice, not good at all either 😬 It ended up tasting more like a fast-food style taco, which took away from what could have been a really good dish.

The margaritas were delicious & definitely worth ordering. For dessert, I had the fried ice cream. It was good & I'm glad I tried it, but it's probably not something I would order again.

Overall, it was a really good experience. The service was amazing & the atmosphere was great. I would definitely go back

I had the smash tacos. They were so good. My waitress gave a really great customer service.& I love the atmosphere at the restaurant.

Good atmosphere.
We had the taco entrée & the tortillas were so dry that they were falling apart on the plate before we even touched them.
Bloody cesar was gross.
Service was meh at best

We had fish tacos & ribs tonight. The food was okay. Not great but not bad either. But the service was exceptional. Our waiter was Chris & he gave us a warm welcome . His upbeat friendliness made our dining experience fun. His genuine smile was infectious & his knowledge of the menu & bar menu was thoroughly helpful.

Loved the service & loved the atmosphere, the only thing that disappointed me was that on their facebook page they said they had barria tacos, i asked & they didn't have them. I was disappointed because i didn't even know what to order, i got the burrito, i know i won't take it again it wasn't my best choice. Chris the waiter was great!! the fried ice cream was delicious!!
