There are still enough seats for every customer. There is a separate section for studying, where everyone is on their laptop & more silent, the rest of the seats are for families, friends who are meeting up & eating lunch/brunch together. Pretty chill vibe, & the food was okay (not that special, but not bad). Coffee wasn't to my taste, but I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, so take that into consideration. My friend & I ordered a cannoli & a blueberry cheesecake. They were pretty decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Same for the service: ordinary. The atmosphere is quite nice, a averagely
Coffee is tasty, service is pleasant. They serve you your order at your table. Spacious coffee shop with lots of tables, most of the time busy. Not a calm place to work.
I love this place & was so excited that it opened in the west! The atmosphere is very nice although it gets SO LOUD because it gets so busy. I love their coffee in general & dessert & sandwiches (I've tried most of them, the chicken is my fav). There is internet & plugs so I like to go for a little lunch/work session :)
This should be everyone go to place. It's affordable, the portion are big & the taste is amazing. Fresh coffee & awesome service. They have delicious pastries/ croissants which can be brought to parties & gatherings.
They need to hire a new barista, I ordered a cortado & what I got was an over extracted bitter espresso! I had to add sugar to make it palatable. Stick with the sugary coffee drinks here, not the place for coffee lovers. It's not that hard to dial in an espresso shot at the start of a shift.
Milano as always is amazing. Friendly atmosphere, incredible staff, great coffee, healthy natural tasty sandwiches, & tiramisus & cannolis to make you fall for it. I usually go to the Jarry street Milano, but this one is bigger with a cozy atmosphere & good management.
Finally a place on the West Island where you can go at any time of day for a light meal or a coffee. This place opens till 1:00am, & allows people to gather & eat or drink, with seating inside & a terrace outside. Great crispy chicken or sausage sandwiches (all-dressed), as well as delicious croissants & desserts. The coffees are fantastic & prices are readonable. Located in a mall on Brunswick, there's lots of free parking. Truly a West Island treasure.
Love this place the service & the food. Whether you're looking for a peaceful spot to work or a cozy place to unwind, this coffee shop has it all. Highly recommend!
Was really disappointed with the service yesterday. I won’t say that they were rude, but they were most definitely not happy to take our order. We said hello, didn’t even get one back. Then, we were absolutely stunned by the iced coffee... We were expecting a small, not a mini at the price. I’m not leaving this review to stir people away from the cafe but hopefully so these things are addressed. A hello would be nice.
✨ The perfect slice of Italian-Montreal culture is found at Café Milano West Island! The coffee is on point, & it truly captures the essence of both worlds. The ambiance is warm & inviting, making it an ideal spot to savor your favorite brew. Apricot croissants are a nice treat . Sandwiches are a favourite as well.
New late night spot for the westisland neighborhood.
Coffee topnotch so do the atmosphere at midnight. Opens late which is so kool after covid era
Omg what the heck, it’s so good. Whatever this is it’s super fresh & delicious I went back in & bought a second one with Nutella. Coffee is delicious too. I don’t even drink coffee & I’m impressed
