Iconic spot! One of the few spots that's packed at midnight, could barely find a seat, which is a good sign of a café. Delicious variety of food, drinks & desserts, definitely give their cannoli a try! They also do service traiteur & Uber delivery, for the parties & the lazy/busy people

I was my first time at a Milano's location & I think I went on the worst day possible, at lunch time on a Sunday. I honestly haven't tried their food yet because there is no reason for why you would want to sit inside there. It is honestly so overwhelming, very tight spacing filled with people. You order at the counter & if you're dining in, good luck to find a seat. If you manage to get a seat keep your ears open to the servers going around calling your name with your order in their hands. & don't make the person with a common name give their name for the order as it can easily lead to confusion. I honestly think they need a better system to serving the people dinning in since it feels quite chaotic. The best part of Milano is their mini cannoli.
We went there at around 10:30 pm for dessert & coffee. The cannoli were excellent. The filling was rich & creamy, without being heavy. It was very tasty, not too sweet, with a perfectly textured shell. Unfortunately, the coffee drinks were not good, which is very disappointing for a coffee shop. The espresso macchiato was not done properly. There was no dollop of milk foam on top. Instead, it was more of a splash of warm milk. My friend asked if there was iced cappuccino on the menu. They said there wasn't, & that the only iced drink was iced latté. So he got that, but it was not a latté. There was not enough milk in it to be latté. It was more of a slush & was very very sweet. It was not good at all. Probably will not return.
I found the food ok it was a little pricy for what it was ... the steak in the sun was really over cooked & too chewy for my liking the cappuccino was tasty but I was surprised it was in a glass & not a cup ... the nuggets & dipping sauce were ok ... the cannoli was big but it was all cream didn't find there was enough ricotta - & usually there would be little chocolate chips in the filling - not in this one - also they have a system where they call your name & bring the food out to you ... I was in the bathroom when they called me lol a little awkward all in all I'd say it was good - I'm picky, it was tasty but over priced for what you are getting in my opinion
Super café italien, les cafés sont d'excellente qualité, les amateurs du café trouveront leur bonheur. Les pâtisseries proposées sont délicieuses & les cannoli sont à NE PAS RATER. L'établissement reste ouvert tard puis assez fréquenté & donc parfois il y a pas mal de bruit.
Excellent food, super nice people! I have been to this location several times everything is super especially the cannolis, & the sandwiches LOL generous portion of freeze can be shared with two people. You got to try this place if you hadn't another little hidden West Island gem
As you enter - go to the cash register to place your order & pay, you'll give your name & that's when you can seat yourself - when all is ready, they will walk around calling your name unless it's an expresso order where you can also pick up at the bar. We had a great time, & our experience was extremely gratifying, having both the Steak & Milano sub (all dressed), fries, soft drinks, & cannoli. The espresso drinks looked awesome, & the barista was informative & took his craftsmanship pleasantly seriously. All in all, it was a very nice experience.

Decent coffee shop, a nice vibe, & pretty popular. There are still enough seats for every customer. There is a separate section for studying, where everyone is on their laptop & more silent, the rest of the seats are for families, friends who are meeting up & eating lunch/brunch together. Pretty chill vibe, & the food was okay (not that special, but not bad). Coffee wasn't to my taste, but I'm not the biggest coffee drinker, so take that into consideration. My friend & I ordered a cannoli & a blueberry cheesecake. They were pretty decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Same for the service: ordinary. The atmosphere is quite nice, a averagely
Great spot for Italian pastries although the service was a bit disappointing. My friend & I stood around when we arrived since the place was busy & too crowded. Had no idea if we go up to the counter to order or the waiter/waitress comes to us since we're both visually impaired. Then we finally went up to the counter & ordered. My tiramisu & bottle water came quick, but my friend's order, bomba & latte was forgotten. So he had to go back to the counter, showed his receipt & another lady took care of his order & it came quick. Seems like the first lady whom we placed our complete order to, was clueless about their menu & her head was in the clouds. Honestly I was going to order half a dozen cannolis to take home but I figured it was pointless dealing with their service again.
Milano as always is amazing. Friendly atmosphere, incredible staff, great coffee, healthy natural tasty sandwiches, & tiramisus & cannolis to make you fall for it. I usually go to the Jarry street Milano, but this one is bigger with a cozy atmosphere & good management.
