Was disappointed by this place. Ordered a grilled chicken salad, was only iceberg lettuce & chicken , nothing else. My friend had a chicken cutlet sandwich, was not impressed.
So, here's the thing. I don't love their salads... The salad dressing leaves much to be desired & it's just on the bland side. I tried one at another location years ago & couldn't even finish it, it did nothing for me. But now I'm 20 weeks pregnant, & saw Milano's on Uber the other day... Thought what the heck, let's try a salad again.. It was fine, as expected. Did nothing for me. Very boring, thought NOPE, not for me.
But a week later, it popped up on Uber again. Cue absolutely insanely massive craving for a salad I do not love. But, baby must have what baby wants - so I ordered it... & it suddenly tastes incredible. Life changing. It's the same salad it always has been, but the baby can't get enough, so I guess this is my life now. Maybe i'm the problem.
Side note: their Nutella Bombas are insane though. Also got an iced coffee & it's very very good.
I went with my father for coffee & sandwiches on a Tuesday evening. He had the tuna salad & I had the grilled chicken, & both were excellent; mine was outstanding. I found the atmosphere a bit impersonal, but I tend to prefer a more intimate space, so maybe that's just me. The service was friendly, & both coffees were very good. I received good value for my buck, which is a growing concern these days. I'll definitely come back again!
Simple, rapide, bons sandwichs & salades. Un peu bruyant avec les employés qui crient & l'environnement (planchers, murs, etc) où rien n'a été conçu pour absorber le son.
Café Milano always have the best coffees, this time I tried the mochaccino & it was delicious! The chicken salad is also very good, overall nice food & nice staff, I highly recommend !
I had the opportunity tonight to order a small meal from Cafe Milano & I was not disappointed. I ordered the steak sandwich which was full of flavor. I also had a portion of French fries. Now let me tell you something.. the fries are crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. They were Amazing! Next time I will be going there & trying the Steak Salad. Very pleased with my choices tonight. Great food!
Went there for a quick lunch had a crispy chicken salad. The chicken was flavorful, but the salad left much to be desired, trace amount of red onion & tomato to be found & uninspiring vinaigrette. It's beautiful little café that offers a table service after ordering at the counter the staff is super friendly I have to go back to try if they're sandwiches or if they're pastries to give a but it's a nice place. Will update once I go back.
BEST service, cortados & according to my 8 year old lemon gelato! We love coming here. The vibe is great, the servers/cashiers etc all sweet & charismatic! Love them. Their fries & salads are also a hit. For the first time we had their sort of flaky donut filled with custard.... Holy deliciousness! Very happy they joined our beautiful West Island! We'll be back as always!

Best desserts & latte EVER! A little noisy when it's busy but small price to pay! Their salads are quite good too, not a fan of the fried Mac & cheese nuggets- I don't find that worth it & mine was dry inside. Fresh tasting sandwiches. All around great!!
