We came here for dessert & coffee. The cannoli is excellent. The filling is fluffy & not too sweet, & the shell has just the right amount of crunch. I enjoyed the cannoli so much, I bought a half dozen to take home. & it was still delicious the next day. The main dining room was noisy (it was Friday night) but we sat at the bar by the window & it was better for chatting.
One of my go-to Italian coffee spots in the West Island 🇮🇹☕? Authentic espresso, great pastries, & a cozy vibe. The owners are always friendly & welcoming-feels like a little taste of Italy every time.
Best part? The way they call out names loud & proud 😂 Shoutout to those strong waitresses-adds to the whole experience
They have beyond meat options.
I had a vegan sandwich only with the grilled veggies & it was delicious. Surprisingly! The coffee here is also my favorite.
Specialty coffees , croissants, table seating . Orders at main counter.
Disappointed i could not get a ordinary coffee ( Columbian or Americana ) .
Ample free parking. . Located in a mall at ground level . Wheelchair accessible.
Was very dissatisfied to get my latte in a 1$ beer glass. The milk was also steamed more like a cappuccino than a proper latte. I cannot rate higher when the store does not provide with proper cups or train baristas. I think 3 stars is high for a Cafe serving like this. But the croissant was done well, so maybe this place focuses more on food than coffee. As far as a coffee shop atmosphere. Seemed more like a big restaurant looking to seat big numbers rather than a comfy or cool coffee shop.
We've visited Milano Café several times, & it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in the West Island. It's a charming café with a fantastic variety of sweet & savory options - everything from pastries to light bites, all beautifully prepared & absolutely delicious.
The coffee is excellent, always fresh & flavorful, & the atmosphere is warm & inviting. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy something tasty, & feel completely comfortable.
The service is consistently good as well. Staff members are friendly, attentive, & make you feel welcome every time you walk in.
We genuinely enjoy coming here & highly recommend Milano Café to anyone looking for a cozy, delicious, & reliable spot in the West Island.

Went Monday afternoon around 2pm & ordered an all dressed steak sandwich with a medium cappuccino to go. Waited about 10 minutes for the sandwich as the coffee was being made. The ordering area is separated from the dining area & traffic flows nicely. Servers were courteous & happy to serve. The sandwich was suoerb, all dressed offers spicey peppers, tomato, lettuce, & pieces of pickled melanzane along with a perfect amount of thinly sliced savoury steak. I ordered the large & it was filling. The bread is fresh & slightly toasted just enough to get that crunch on the outside. Perfect. A medium sized cappuccino was $4.50$ with tax total & it is hands down THE best in the West Island. I am definitely returning. I asked if there would be a terrasse & they replied soon. Can't wait for that.
I went for the first time at this location, & I loved it, Mara was so helpful & so sweet!! she made my experience so much better. I'll definitely come back for the coffee & to see her!(she deserves a raise imo)
Spacious cafe serving minimal staples such as sandwiches, coffee & desserts. Vibe is comfortable but the staff were not friendly. Young kids who don't understand customer service. They won't look at you in the face, won't acknowledge customers, & the barista (blond girl with overfilled lips) was too cool for school. Hostile & cold one minute & flirting with male workers/customers the next minute. Poor attitude.

We went there at around 10:30 pm for dessert & coffee. The cannoli were excellent. The filling was rich & creamy, without being heavy. It was very tasty, not too sweet, with a perfectly textured shell. Unfortunately, the coffee drinks were not good, which is very disappointing for a coffee shop. The espresso macchiato was not done properly. There was no dollop of milk foam on top. Instead, it was more of a splash of warm milk. My friend asked if there was iced cappuccino on the menu. They said there wasn't, & that the only iced drink was iced latté. So he got that, but it was not a latté. There was not enough milk in it to be latté. It was more of a slush & was very very sweet. It was not good at all. Probably will not return.
The food is good! The coffee is amazing! But you have to wait 15 minutes to have one macchiato e one lobster tail. Be sure that you don't have anything to do!! Wait wait & wait 😭
Great spot for a bite, some coffee & dessert. Wide assortment of authentic sandwiches & great italian desserts. The place is always bustling with people coming & going, creating a great atmosphere
