Great cafe for cat lovers. The kitties are so cute & friendly. There's alot of seating & play space. The only thing I'd mention is that alot of kids come here so it can be loud so keep that in mind if you plan to study.

Personnel gentil, les boissons & repas sont très bons. Les chats semblent à l'aise, le lieu peut être un beau bruyant durant les heures de pointe mais rien de catastrophique pour les menous
Very mediocre. Only like 4 cats there & about 20 people so the ratio was way off. The cafe itself was also kinda dirty, didn't feel clean or like a nice place to sit. The teapot we had was stained & chipped. Couches, floors & most other furniture were pretty worn out & ragged looking. Cats were also climbing up on tables eating peoples food. I think this is just not a great system for a cat cafe. Catoro Cafe in Vancouver does this properly.
Je suis allé au Café en fin de semaine, le service était impecable rien n'a reprocher. Cela dit le seul petit bémole, le caramel laissait vraiment a desirer avec son amertume & sa couleur noir. Le plat semblait avoir oublié ce que signifie être vivant. Si vous souhaitez préserver vos 4,5 étoiles, une révision de cette recette serait probablement judicieuse… à moins que votre objectif soit de tester la résistance de vos clients. Belle expérience ! Les chats sont adorables & serveuse très sympathique. Pas trop occupé pour un samedi soir. Par contre, le set up pour les chaussures n'est pas idéal ..

Kitties were taken care of very well, & some of them loved to interact with humans, they like to be petted or sit on your lap, even trying to take a bite of our food, so be aware! I wish I can stay there for 5 hours & more lol
I am currently sitting in the cafe, have been for about 30minutes now. we have not been seen by a waiter even tho people who arrived after us in the same section have gotten their drinks. there are currently 9 people in the vestibule, when the max is four- there have been more & the number is only increasing & no one on staff gives a damn. kids are running around without parent supervision. people are waking up cats to pet & take pictures. they are crowding around the register to pet cats & ask if that is where they are supposed to order because no one is taking orders. if someone sees this before a waiter notices us- please take our order! we are next to the bookshelf.
TLDR: the people patronizing this place are just as misbehaved as the staff.
Took over 30 mins to get our coffees. They mixed up the drinks, which were of poor quality & had to wait an additional 10 mins. Staff was rude & inattentive.
Franchement, très déçue de mon expérience.
Je suis allée au café des chats avec mes amis & j'étais contente au début, mais la nourriture n'était pas bonne du tout. J'ai pris un café sans sucre & le goût était vraiment mauvais.
Le pire, c'était l'attitude de certains employés : ils n'étaient ni accueillants ni aimables, on ne se sentait pas les bienvenus.
L'idée du lieu est belle, mais le service & la qualité ne donnent pas envie de revenir. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront leur façon de traiter les clients ainsi que la nourriture & les boissons.
Il faut enlever nos chaussures pour rentrer & on nous propose des pantoufles qui ont vécu la guerre….
On a attendu plus de 20 minutes pour que quelqu'un prenne notre commande & 30 minutes pour recevoir la dite commande.
Les chats sont mignons.
