A great place to grab a coffee, dessert or a sandwich & cuddle with some cute kitties...
You're not allowed to pick up the cats, but the cats will hop onto your lap & let you pet them. The drinks & food are reasonably priced, & the staff is friendly & helpful. Definitely a place to visit if you don't have a furry friend at home, but are craving some pet therapy.

Accueil & service très mauvais. Nous sommes arrivés un samedi, mais le café n'était pas complet, il n'y avait pas de rush. Nous avons reçu la carte, puis 25 minutes plus tard, personne n'est venu prendre notre commande, même après une demande & de nombreux regards. Nous sommes donc partis.
Passez votre chemin. En plus de cela, c'est sale & les pantoufles prêtées sont mouillées.

I recently visited Happy Cat Café & overall it was an okay experience, but not one I'd feel the need to repeat.

When you first arrive, you're made to wait in a very cold vestibule until a staff member notices you, which wasn't a great first impression-especially in winter. You're then asked to remove your shoes, & the provided slippers had clearly absorbed a lot of melted snow, making them wet & uncomfortable.

Inside, the café itself is nice & clean, & the tables are well spaced, which I appreciated. However, there were only about seven cats during my visit, so interactions felt limited-if someone else was already spending time with a cat, there wasn't much opportunity to engage.

The food was decent, but nothing memorable. Overall, it was fine to try once, but it feels like a one-&-done experience for me rather than somewhere I'd go back to.

All the cats loved me. & I loved them too. The hot chocolate was nice; my fianceé & I each had a delicious cup which really warmed us up in the winter when we made our visit. Much love from Barbados, tell the cats pssssst pssssst from the pair of us!

Nous étions très enthousiastes à l'idée de vivre cette expérience, mais quelle déception…Le service était franchement affreux & le personnel peu aimable, à l'exception d'une seule personne qui passait son temps à s'excuser pour les autres.

Dès l'entrée, on nous a fait attendre longtemps entre deux portes bondées de gens, alors qu'il y avait pourtant plusieurs tables vides qui ont mis une éternité à être nettoyées. On nous a demandé d'enlever nos souliers pour enfiler des pantoufles à semelles de carton… résultat : les pieds complètement mouillés.

Les trois cafés que nous avons commandés étaient tièdes & goûtaient l'eau. Les portions étaient minuscules &, pour couronner le tout, le repas de ma fille a été tout simplement oublié.
Payer près de 40 $ pour trois cafés, un bagel & un grilled cheese, c'est excessif pour une expérience aussi décevante.

Les salles de bain dégageaient une forte odeur de litière & semblaient manquer sérieusement de nettoyage.
Honnêtement, ça ne valait pas le coût.

Le concept est pourtant très intéressant, mais l'organisation laisse vraiment à désirer. En espérant sincèrement que le service est beaucoup mieux pour les chats que pour les clients.

I stopped by this café & had a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are friendly, & everything feels well taken care of. The drinks were prepared nicely, & it's a comfortable place to relax or get a bit of work done. Overall, a lovely spot to visit - I'd definitely come back.

I had a lovely time at this cat café. The cats were friendly & playful, & the space was clean & cozy. The drinks were nice too, making it a relaxing place to spend some time. I'd definitely come back for another visit.

A homey tipe of place that offers amazing food & cats. We tried the pumpkin soup, it was so delicious we are definitely coming back to try more off the menu.

The cats are very used to people, they like to sit in their spots & you can easily pet them.

Bring your own slippers, they do offer some but I just walked with my socks on.

C'est certain que c'est pas facile de tenir un tel Café, pourtant ils sont ouverts depuis des années & vont certainement le rester. Alors profitez-en & venez !!! Emplacement un peu difficile à accéder mais des heures de fun une fois arrivé !!!

If you are going there to interact with cats, don't waste your time. There are very few cats. Only 6. Four of them are hanging out by the cash register with the waitresses. One was sleeping. The other was on a women's lap & if we approached it, she would give us dirty looks. We drove one hour to get there & it was a big let down. This is without counting that there were at least 10 empty tables in the restaurant when we got there. We were a bunch of people all cramped in the entrance waiting to be seated & it took them 20 minutes to seat everyone. It was very ridiculous.

Attente de 25-30 minutes avant d'être installé au café alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de tables vides & de gens en file. On n'a pas peu avoir au moins un « désolé pour l'attente, nous sommes occupé », à la place le staff s'occupait de caressée les chats. Laissez-moi vous dire que c'est assez insultant surtout travaillant déjà en restauration j'oserais jamais servir de ma clientèle de cette façon. & quoi dire du menu, sans personnalité & très fade. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit malheureusement, dommage.
