Review Summary

Overall, CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery is described as a beloved spot with generous portions and a rotating lineup of flavors, including blue matcha with blueberry, taro, strawberry lychee, pandan coconut, yuzu lemon and lavender honey; the soft serve is often velvety, though some hard ice cream batches are icy and not always worth the price, and a few flavors can be too sweet or artificial. Sorbets are mixed, some made with syrup rather than real fruit and others praised for taste, while lemon sorbets can be hard. Service is friendly and knowledgeable, but hours and consistency vary and online indications of being open occasionally clash with staff presence. The option for lactose-free or vegan flavors is appreciated, with many noting upbeat staff and weekly new flavors, making CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery a go-to for dessert in Montreal, even as some visits mention small portions or ambiance and cleanliness concerns.

Le twist du moment (sorbet au chocolat & guimauve) était assez décevant. Par contre, la crème glacée dure matcha/bleuet est très bonne, & celle au taro est délicieuse!

Probably my favourite ice cream & sorbet spot in Montreal! They put generous scoops for the price you pay, & the staff have always been friendly to me :)

It's so hard to pick just one flavour, so I always want to go back & try something new haha! So far, I've tried (& can strongly recommend) the strawberry-litchi, the pandan-coconut, yuzu-lemon & lavender-honey (although this one had a bit too many lavender buds for my taste)

Decent selection of vegan ice creams & sorbets. Creative Asian-inspired flavours. Pandan Coconut & Strawberry Litchi were tasty. Generous scoops. Nice location in Atwater Market, near the canal.
