Blandino is a neighbourhood Italian inspired seasonal bistro, bar, and patio that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as take out. Its name pays homage to Carmelo Blandino, a Montreal based artist whose work adorns the side of the building. Atelier Zébulon Perron created a nostalgic yet contemporary design that changes as the day progresses. The atmosphere allows for a comfortable corporate lunch meeting or a casual cocktail amongst friends. Come in for a quick coffee, a meal, or an aperitivo. Delivery is also available.

The food we got served was awful! The meatballs were over seasoned, the calamari was tasteless & the breading wasn't even on there properly. The pasta we got served was UNDERCOOKED, NO FLAVOUR!! I would not recommend this place to anyone else nor would I return. We also waited an 1 & a half for our food which was awful! However the server who served us was great & the entire team of servers were amazing!!
It is unfortunate that you ran out of the only fish on the menu... the service was very good but although the clients I was with enjoyed the fish very much; I had to decide on something else quickly because you ran out of what was my first choice.. the niçoise was ok but not great ... dissapointed!!!!
Disappointing experience that did not meet expectations. Highway robbery considering the prices they're charging for the food you receive.
This is my second time here, & have tried three of five pastas. It is safe to say, the pasta here is horrible. All three pasta dishes were salty, pasta noodles uncooked (way before el dente).
The appetizers were better than the entrees & their only saving grace. For appetizers, we ordered burrata, calamari & focaccia. These were the only things enjoyable.
Undercooking pasta does not mean al dente. The Ragu di Cinghiale was undercooked & salty. Couldn't even finish the dish, most was taken to go. Server did not care enough to ask about the food. The food here is clearly not consistent.
Highly recommend the black cod fish here, I think it's the best dishes out of all! It's soft tender & quite juicy. & the sides flavor up the fish even more! The pasta & fried calamari also good!

The primary restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn (there is also a popular Mexican taqueria called Pancho), Blandino has a beautiful upscale ambiance far beyond what you would expect for a Hilton hotel resto. Very open & spacious, with a large bar in the center, an elevated section away from the windows (which is a little dark & more intimate) & a spacious window facing section with a combination of banquets & tables. All in all, very well appointed.
We enjoyed a lunch time meal but only order two dishes: the Burger & the Caesar Salad. Both options were very good.
Frankly, if allowed I would have given the restaurant 4.5 stars...the reason for 4.0 star rating is because it was (1) lunch time (& relatively quiet) & (2) although a group of 5 we ordered two options (burger or salad) so I could truly evaluate the meals.
Service was very good & friendly. Worth a visit. Enjoy!
It is an italian restaurant but it is more of a bar with italian cuisine.

Ordered mushroom tagiatelle, but it was too greasy & oily for some reason, too heavy.
Didn't enjoy the very loud music either.
Came for dinner in May & food was fantastic as was the ambiance. Lunch was a big disappointment. Food was really averge, gnocchi undercooked, no choice of side salad you had to take a meal salad which at best was ok. Honestly if you are going to serve lunch you need to rework your lunch menu

Le resto est de toute beauté, du sol au plafond les chaises sont confortables & des serviettes en tissu mon crush !

On t’accueille avec un chouette sourire & on te sert avec entrain & professionnalisme!
Cocktail succulent & tu en as dans le verre !
Le pain focaccia une merveille !
Les pâtes (elles étaient avec du sanglier) du goût ! Une cuisson aldente & une sauce pour marier le tout … l’assiette osso bucco ouf des saveurs si tu les cherches elles sont là!
Bref ! Une soirée qui te transporte au pays « la botte » c’est un Oui

Je trouve ça dommage parce que les plats en soit on l'air bon mais le service est d'une extrême lenteur !! C'est aberrant d'attendre 45-50min pour un plat qui plus est est cramé par endroits... on se sent oublié par les serveurs. L'ambiance est agréable mais un peu forte.
