Blandino is a neighbourhood Italian inspired seasonal bistro, bar, and patio that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as take out. Its name pays homage to Carmelo Blandino, a Montreal based artist whose work adorns the side of the building. Atelier Zébulon Perron created a nostalgic yet contemporary design that changes as the day progresses. The atmosphere allows for a comfortable corporate lunch meeting or a casual cocktail amongst friends. Come in for a quick coffee, a meal, or an aperitivo. Delivery is also available.

The Caesar salad was very overdressed to the point of being soggy. The calamari were good. The main course arrived while we're still eating our appetizers. The meatballs were tasty but arrived cold & the pasta was cold & undercooked. The meatballs & pasta were remade but at that point we were underwhelmed. We took leftovers home - left without dessert. The server was friendly & apologetic but at $100 plus tip it was a pricy meal & disappointing.
Amazing atmosphere, well thought out & cozy. Very convenient for folks staying in the area. Great service too! After a long travel day I fully expected to only be able to eat a Caesar Salad with no croutons (I have celiac disease & can't have gluten). Upon telling the server about my allergy & ordering a salad, she graciously pointed out an option for gluten free pasta (penne) with their truffle veal cream sauce. I accepted the recommendation & even though I was hesitant, the meal was amazing & I did not get sick! Would recommend coming here. My husband's meal also looked delicious.

We decided to eat here because we were staying at the Homewood Suites but were very disappointed (to say the least). First of all the menu was limited & the prices were ridiculous (as I should have known). My husband enjoyed his appetizer Caesar Salad but that's where it ended. My side salad was a disappointment & that was just the beginning. We ordered a vegetarian pizza to share which took forever! When it finally arrived it was burnt & tasteless. Finally I was really surprised to be charged for my second Diet Coke (from the fountain). Anyway I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.
The food presentation was good, the price is a little high for the quantity, I must say the only comment is go a little easier on the salt. Order calamari's & they would be amazing if salt was a little less. Friend ordered the stake with fries & it was the same with the steak a little on the salty side, the câpres salade same. Atmosphere was nice, only comment is when patio doors are open only humidity comes in, it would be nice to have fans going & towards the end of the day the music was a bit loud that we were having a hard time trying to talk with our colleagues. Waitress was super friendly & attentive!
Some of the worst Italian/Fusion we've had in decades. Calamari - over fried & to salty. We had to ask for something to dip it in. They brought what looked like day-old thousand island dressing. I had the Cesar salad with dry chicken breast. Over half of the serving was breadcrumbs. My wife had the seafood pasta with lobster bisque sauce. Tasteless with overcooked noodles & a grand total of 3 medium-sized shrimp. Waitress asked if everything was okay. I asked her if she really wanted my honest opinion. So I informed her of the above as we just couldn't eat it. The night manager said it was a new menu they were trying out & appreciated our feedback & took care of it. People, you sometimes have to be honest with the wait staff. When a meal doesn't taste good or isn't up to expectations, you have to sometimes let them know.
The two bartenders working together behind the bar were on top of a busy night. The customer service is Superb! the waiter/bartender took my order in a nice. She offered me still or sparkling water; I chose Sparkling water. Next, I ordered the Caesar's Salad; very tasty! I ordered the personal pizza with pepperoni. It was Great! I drank a glass of Prosecco & switched to the craft beer on Tap; nice & smooth beer. I felt compelled to order dessert & Cappuccino; mainly because I never get it with a meal, I chose the Strawberry cheesecake! Fantastic! My Cappuccino was hot & delicious! I finished my night out with another beer. Lastly, my check was given to me asap (about 5 mins).
The food was just so-so overall. My Caesar salad was very mediocre & the pizza was nothing special. The servers were all nice but I can't think of any reason to return

Excellent endroit ! Les pâtes aux champignons étaient délicieuses ! Mon conjoint a bien aimé sa salade César au poulet. Nous étions assis au bar & le service de Dayton était parfait ! Je recommande l'endroit !
Waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu nor wines. Shaky when she brought the wine & seemed distracted.
The main portion of tuna salad at $33 was very small & expensive for what it was.
The primary restaurant within the Hilton Garden Inn (there is also a popular Mexican taqueria called Pancho), Blandino has a beautiful upscale ambiance far beyond what you would expect for a Hilton hotel resto. Very open & spacious, with a large bar in the center, an elevated section away from the windows (which is a little dark & more intimate) & a spacious window facing section with a combination of banquets & tables. All in all, very well appointed.
We enjoyed a lunch time meal but only order two dishes: the Burger & the Caesar Salad. Both options were very good.
Frankly, if allowed I would have given the restaurant 4.5 stars...the reason for 4.0 star rating is because it was (1) lunch time (& relatively quiet) & (2) although a group of 5 we ordered two options (burger or salad) so I could truly evaluate the meals.
Service was very good & friendly. Worth a visit. Enjoy!
Came for dinner in May & food was fantastic as was the ambiance. Lunch was a big disappointment. Food was really averge, gnocchi undercooked, no choice of side salad you had to take a meal salad which at best was ok. Honestly if you are going to serve lunch you need to rework your lunch menu

Chill & lively atmosphere, attentive staff & delicious food - ❤️ presentation
They had a power outage yesterday, as did most of Montreal.
They kept us informed by text & were gracious when we arrived.
The Burrata salad was divine, has berries in it ;)
The tomato soup was creamy & the meatballs were polished off in minutes.
The Basilicata cocktail yummy & refreshing. If you like sweet, ask for it to be sweetened.

Beautiful restaurant & friendly staff but the food was sadly mediocre but very expensive. The beet salad had frizzy lettuce which was very difficult to eat & tasteless & there were only about four little pieces of beet & one small dollop of cheese. I have eaten this type of salad in many restaurants & this was totally disappointing. Unacceptable at a price of over $20! My friend's pizza was also underwhelming.

Supper was delicious service was great!!. Every dish was fresh & tastey from the burrata with the cherry tomatoes. Cesar salad , salmon tartare & their baked focaccia.the pasta with the wild mashrooms was a huge success!!!

the salad I had did not have goat cheese but blue cheese,, which was disappointing because I was under the impression it came with goat cheese...my friend had the gnocchi she said it was good....we were disappointed that no bread comes with the meal....the waiter was efficient & attentive..it would be nice to have a few more meatless dishes....over all 3.5/5

Went for the first time & was totally blown away. The appetizers (burrata & calamari), the mains (sandwiches & salads), & cheesecake dessert were all delicious. Not to mention the excellent service from everyone in the place. Will definitely go back & highly recommend! Also easy & complimentary indoor parking
Ambiance ⭐️ Tableware ⭐️ Waitress was knowledgeable,salad was limp but tasty, pasta dishes were skimpy but robust, no rosemary on the rosemary focaccia, desserts were golden 😋
