Atelier Zébulon Perron created a nostalgic yet contemporary design that changes as the day progresses. Quite underwhelmed. Food was a-okay...... Second visit - business lunch - & much better experience! Attentive & efficient service. Ordered blanca pizza - was excellent. Will come back.
We periodically go out for pizza & drinks. Jerry (shoutout to him for his vibe & personality), Pepe, & other team are all great people, very accommodating & relaxing atmosphere. Great selection of authored cocktails, good beer.
Went for dinner on the first night of arriving to the hotel. The vibe was really nice, but the music was a bit too loud. Especially being in close proximity to other tables, you have to raise your voice to speak to who you're dining with. Being vegetarian, I knew my options would be limited. I was surprised though, to see that so many pasta dishes etc had veal stock in it. My only options were one pasta dish & the veg pizza. I ended up getting the pizza, which was good (although I was expecting fresh mozzarella & not shredded). My fiance had the seabass which he enjoyed.
Our last morning, we wanted to order room service for breakfast, but when I called to order this wasn't an option as they only had two servers. I can understand that, but maybe it's worth mentioning to the front desk so that they have the right info for guest, because the front desk had informed me that this was an option when I asked how room service worked on our first night. We ended up just doing pick-up. We ordered the breakfast sandwich, which was really good, although I had to ask to remove 2 different kinds of meat. I asked to add an extra egg instead & they obliged...but a vegetarian version would be nice, so that the price reflects. We also had the pancakes. The quantity was sufficient, however, it was supposed to come with fruit & it had exactly 6 blueberries, & was also missing the butter. For $16 pancakes, I would definitely expect a good amount of fruit.
Please consider adding a couple more veg options... Even one vegan option would be nice.
We decided to eat here because we were staying at the Homewood Suites but were very disappointed (to say the least). First of all the menu was limited & the prices were ridiculous (as I should have known). My husband enjoyed his appetizer Caesar Salad but that's where it ended. My side salad was a disappointment & that was just the beginning. We ordered a vegetarian pizza to share which took forever! When it finally arrived it was burnt & tasteless. Finally I was really surprised to be charged for my second Diet Coke (from the fountain). Anyway I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all.

Food is good, but service is awful. We called to make a reservation & specifically asked about the pizzas. No issue. We get there & get seated. It takes forever to get a waiter or to even have your water filled up, & when you do the cup is barely filled up halfway. Finally when we make our order, they tell us there are no pizzas left... Then there is a 20 minute back & forth between the waiter & the manager, & eventually the manager tells us there was a misunderstanding. We finally place our order & eat. We ask to take some of the food to go & they end up giving us the wrong food. Nobody ever apologized or tried to make it right for us despite all the issues. I don't blame the waiters - it's clearly poorly managed. The manager never even looked at us. Waiters kept telling us the kitchen & manager are fighting. Just terrible service.
The food needs eat much improvement!
The dishes were not appetizing & tasted very average.
Stuff was accommodating cause one of the pizzas we ordered specified that it had meat.

Went there for lunch. Had the Blandino pizza, to greasy to my taste. The vegetarian pizza did not smell good, we could not figure out if the artichokes just smelled unusual or were actually bad. The flap steak seemed good, I regret not taking that. We had ordered fried calamari as appetizer, one for each table. Without asking, they brought them at the same time as the main course, & they only brought one. They said they did this because not everyone had ordered appetizers. But we had clearly said it was for sharing. & the calamari were cold, so they were clearly ready long before. We got the second order of calamari at the end of the meal. But those were good, they were hot. My daughter had a burger, very good too. We had drinks at the beginning, the service was erratic. We got two sets of drinks but me & my daughter were still waiting for our drinks. Her drink was sitting on the bar for 10 minutes until they got my drink prepared & brought the two together.
I rated 4 for the atmosphere but it's hard to tell, we were almost alone in the restaurant.
I've dined here over 10 times under the previous ownership the past few years & even planned a large event here in the past. I was always impressed with the service & food quality. I'd recommend this place to friends & clients all the time. After my last experience at Blandino I will no longer be recommending this restaurant. I planned a corporate dinner here & we had to leave after our drinks & find another restaurant because service was very slow & almost half the menu was not available. We were not advised of this beforehand, instead as people took turns placing their order, we kept being told those items weren't available that night. (Multiple pastas & pizzas not available, no steak filet, no focaccia) It was an unacceptable experience & pretty embarrassing to have 10+ people there experience what we did. The waitress & manager did not show empathy or consideration for our feedback & just told us they were going through a menu change. I grabbed the bill for our drinks & we took an uber across the street to Table 51 where food was excellent & they accommodated a last minute group with amazing service. Oh & parking is free across the street too!

Un samedi soir avec un goût d'Italie exemplaire...divine foccacia & burrata à partager..la pizza avait une pâte légère avec des ingrédients croquants & fondants à la fois ..& je'e parle pas du canoli...une merveille 🫶🏻...si vous aimez la cuisine italienne de haute qualité n'hésitez plus...de plus l'accueil & le service sont vraiment au petit soin...( Merci Mac !!!) soirée délicieuse je recommande & reviendrai
We had the best dinner here! Andy, the sommelier, took great care of us suggesting amazing red & white wines. We ordered the fungi pasta, vegetarian pizza & a large pesce crudo & loved everything. We even ordered a second pasta to take home! The music & vibe was very hip. I loved the playlist. Great atmosphere. We may even go back here tonight, that's how much we loved it!
Après une année d absence, me voici de retour chez blandino pour souper.J ai pris pizza, focaccia & calamars frits pour la pizza, J ai découvert leur pizza spéciale (la diavola)qui ne figurait pas sur leur menu l an dernier. J ai été bluffee. la pizza chez eux est devenue meilleure au point de dire que c'est La meilleure pizza que j aie pu goûter. Une pâte à tomber, des notes épicées bien prononcées,beaucoup de salami piquant. J ai adoré leur focaccia, excellente & genereuse !Quant au calamar, exquis. Je souligne que le service est correct Je ne mettrai pas longtemps pour revenir ( re)découvrir le reste du menu
We picked this place because the ambiance was nice & expected excellent food quality & service especially since it was inside a hotel. The atmosphere was nice. We were a group of 9 people. 4 of us ordered pasta, 4 of us ordered pizza & 1 of us ordered the salmon. The salmon was excellent BUT too bad the asparagus was old & stringy (not edible). One of the pizzas was burnt (black) around the edges & underneath -- we asked the waitress about it & she said it was good to eat. Not happy with her response, we asked for the manager --> as soon as we showed it to him, he said it wasn't acceptable & that he would replace it right away. In general, the food was good but not amazing (except for the salmon). We were very surprised that the waitress told us the burnt pizza was good to eat instead of replacing it. Since we dined at the restaurant, we get free parking upon presentation of the receipt at the front desk of the hotel --> to our surprise, the voucher they gave us didn't work. We came in 4 separate cars & only 1 out of the 4 vouchers worked. The other 3 did not. We got a message saying the voucher was not valid & asked us to pay $12, so 2 of us paid it. The last one of us went back to the front desk to find out why & they told us that the voucher they gave us is only valid for 5 minutes!!! So they had to re-validate our voucher. This time the voucher worked but the gate did not open, so an employee showed up & asked if we were from the hotel or restaurant, then he scanned the gate to open it for us. We could not believe that they only validated the vouchers for 5 minutes. They said it was to prevent scammers; fine, but then at least they should have advised us ahead of time so that we wouldn't be shocked & frustrated when trying to exit. Overall we did not have a good impression on our first visit; not sure if will return
The two bartenders working together behind the bar were on top of a busy night. The customer service is Superb! the waiter/bartender took my order in a nice. She offered me still or sparkling water; I chose Sparkling water. Next, I ordered the Caesar's Salad; very tasty! I ordered the personal pizza with pepperoni. It was Great! I drank a glass of Prosecco & switched to the craft beer on Tap; nice & smooth beer. I felt compelled to order dessert & Cappuccino; mainly because I never get it with a meal, I chose the Strawberry cheesecake! Fantastic! My Cappuccino was hot & delicious! I finished my night out with another beer. Lastly, my check was given to me asap (about 5 mins).
I went here for lunch on the weekend. I didn't realize that on Saturdays & Sundays, they only serve brunch before 3pm. I went there for pizza, but they don't take pizza orders until 3pm. The food was okay. The servers were a bit blunt & robotic, but they do have free parking in the basement, so I'll be back.
Blandino est situé près de la 15 & autour de beaucoup de commodités. Ils ont un stationnement intérieur gratuitement sous le hilton donc n'allez pas dans un autre ! Situé près de la station Namur donc parfait si vous êtes en transport en commun. La nourriture est bonne : c'est standard, mais efficace ! La pizza est copieuse donc parfaite pour partager, pour une grande appétit, ou si vous voulez luncher pour le lendemain. Personnel souriant & charmant.
