I was there for dinner on August 22. It was not good. Only the service was good. I am giving 4 stars only cause instead of asking'what didn't we like, the server said'I personally like the food'. I believe him, maybe it was just the chef that night 🤷?♀?
The issue wasn't the flavours , it was the execution. Our Caesar salad, the croutons were stale. When we asked for new ones, he gave us a bowl of more stale croutons 🤣🙈 . We sent it away. The calamari was so salty. I said'can I get more sauce cause the calamari is so salty'. I'd like to say all I ate today was a chia pudding, looking forward to eating here ! 🙈 & that's why I ate the food . The Alfredo pasta tasted like SideKick, the chicken was good. The pizza, flavour was good but I think maybe it was in the oven too long. It was hard, crunchy. I ate half. Even the water ! I don't know if it was the glass, or the tap water. It tasted weird.

To top it off, when we got the bill the Ceasar salad was on there. I asked for it to be removed cause we didn't eat it. Picked at it, but sent it away.

Fomos jantar em uma quinta-feira já um pouco tarde, perto da hora de fechamento. Os garçons foram gentis e atenciosos. A comida estava deliciosa. Infelizmente, nao moramos em Montréal para poder voltar sempre.

Great food & atmosphere.
It has such a great vibe with the open kitchen & circular central bar. Depending where you are seated you could be in a cocktail lounge or restaurant. During the day we have previously sat outside which was great. This time around we were inside in a nice air conditioned space by the window.
The food is always good, made fresh for each customer & most can be adapted to suit various allergies. Two people in our group have serious food related allergies & these were taken care of with respect & diligence. We all had the fish which was a branzino, which arrived with a crispy skin & was perfectly cooked served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables - delicious. We then had a double espresso to finish which was a great finish to our meal.

When I saw the 4.3 stars, the same rating as Weinstein & gavino's, I said what the hell even though it's in a Hilton. I'll give it a shot. Boy was that a mistake. It felt like the cutlet from the chick parm is frozen & mass-produced. Evidence that backs this idea up is when you look at pictures. They're all the same size. You only get so many meals in your life & meals like this one, remind me to make them count.

My girlfriend & I went here for dinner on Saturday & it was the best Italian experience we've ever had. The customer service & food were fantastic. Oscar & Edwardo particularly were very kind & attentive (Refilling our water & changing out our napkins without asking). I also mentioned I had a peanut allergy & they took the time to make me an off the menu dessert. Could not be happier with my experience.

The food was great, well executed & well presented.service is excellent.
The place getts filled up quite fast after 7pm (need to remember it is attached to a hotel so there is always some movement on the outside) .
The ambience was good , despite sitting inside , you are never exactly secluded from the outside due to the architecture of the place ( noise, creatures....)
A great option if you are in the area.
