We had an amazing dinner 🍽? at Brasserie 701, right in front of Basilica Notre-Dame De Montréal. This is our second visit to this restaurant located inside the hotel. We always get thrilled with the ambience inside. Me & my wife ordered Beef 🥩 Bourguignon for the main course & a cocktail 🍸
The beef was well cooked & it was yummy. Nice aroma of the spices. We both enjoyed it. We highly recommend to make reservations in advance as it is always packed. In addition, I would also recommend to dress casually/professionally, rather than wearing shorts or junky-cut dresses (I saw some people wearing that, which I found a bit unethical). I always wear three piece suit for a candle 🕯? light dinner 🍲 with my wife. Will visit again in the future. Merci beaucoup.

We had a delightful experience. The food was fabulous. John provided excellent service & John's bright convivial chatter just added that touch of magic to our evening.
Great place with a nice & varied menu. On the fancier side so prepare your budget accordingly.
The charcuterie board plate to share could've easily been for 4 ppl. We were stuffed.
Très bon service de la part d'Alexis.bonne nourriture. L'entrée d'artichaut est savoureuse & fraiche. C'était un peu tranquille comme ambiance mais le décor est soigné. Merci

Nous y sommes allés pour un brunch. Le restaurant est magnifique ! En général la nourriture est savoureuse, mais les oeufs bénédictine étaient mal cuits, le blanc d'oeuf était encore liquide... J'ai aussi mangé une chocolatine, plutôt sèche. Le service est assez lent, il a fallu demander du sucre pour le café, du sel, & du poivre, & cela a pris du temps a arriver. Le café était par contre délicieux. Je recommande quand même mais c'est dommage car pour un endroit aussi beau & classe, on s'attend a une cuisine & un service impeccable.
J'ai été pour un brunch, c'était excellent la nourriture était servi rapidement & côté goût 💯💯. Que du positif pour cette place , je le recommande fermement.

S/o a wendrille meilleur maître d'hôtel de l brasserie 701 excellent service de ca part. Branda la suiteuse nous a expliquer les plats avec une précision très apprécier. Que des bonnes chose à dire sur cette place.
The reception was welcoming & our waiter was excellent & super friendly, really fun to talk to, & helpful with ordering, he was the highlight of the night. The wine was also very good.
Dinner overall was good. The steak was enjoyable, though not outstanding. The biggest disappointment was the salads ordered. Despite some effort in presentation, the ingredients
/mix felt basic & lacked flavor. They were easily the weakest part of the meal, also some item was sold out, having special menu & not having enough. You know
One staff member who refilled our water & cleared plates seemed visibly irritated & handled dishes quite roughly. It didn't ruin the evening, but the display was noticeable.
Overall, the service from our waiter was great, dinner & wine were good, but the salads need improvement. I expected a bit more from the experience, though I still appreciate the effort
Très bon brunch au 701 pour l'événement ! Le menu à 29 $ est vraiment intéressant & les plats étaient très bons. Le service était agréable.
Seul petit bémol : le lieu est assez bruyant, ce qui peut rendre les discussions un peu difficiles.
Mais dans l'ensemble, une très bonne expérience, je recommande !
