Serveurs qui se parlaient entre eux au lieu d'être attentifs aux clients.
Nourriture inégale. Très bon steak, gnocchis trop chers & fades, sable dans les huîtres.

If you think duck confit with pears poached in maple syrup is a good idea for a truly Canadian version of Eggs Benedict for brunch, then run to Brasserie 701 in Montréal! Sonia was our vivacious server but truly the whole team deserves an ensemble Academy Award. The 701 staff are the nicest people on the planet! You can also try the margret duck breasts for dinner, served on mashed carrots in maple syrup. Apple wine a must! GO!Voir plus

It started last evening when the bartender totally ignored us trying to order drinks. Just continued to wash glasses. We got up & left. Then this morning, they had no croissants. Vieux Montreal is loaded with them. Will try the roof for a drink this evening, but if that crashes & burns, that's it. They can do better.Voir plus

The food was decent but the service was weak. Not sure if it was because the restaurant was so humid, but the wait staff seemed to have a bit of attitude. Long waits between ordering - we watched our waitress flirt with the wait staff while making minimal effort to get drinks & food. we wound up canceling our mains. Table next to us also complained about service being poor. For the price I would expect stronger wait staff.Voir plus

The seared foie gras was outstanding. The service was very good. What really detracted from the experience were the very loud noises from clearing dishes & using blenders. There was a waitress with reddish hair in a ponytail that was especially inconsiderate about the boise when dumping dirty dishes. There was no music to be heard over all the noise.Voir plus

Great place just as you enter Old Montréal near the basilica. Food was excellent, ingredients are fresh & the portions are just the right amount. Good selection of wines & cocktails. Ambiance was good, it was not overly crowded, however, it was a very rainy evening, so there were just less people out & about. Overall a great experience.Voir plus
