The woman that answered the phone was super friendly! I arrived & to my surprise they have so much! I wanted to buy everything. From desserts to sandwiches, salads & the biggest surprise of all, they had partially cooked frozen pizzas so you can heat at home & enjoy. I bought two of course! I received my hot pizza to enjoy at home. It was absolutely delicious!! Everything i look for from a wood oven pizza, the dough is chewy, the sauce is so good, the wood oven taste & those little crispy bits from the char🤤. Can't wait to go back for more! 10/10👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Food I rated a 3. The pizza was lackluster. I was hoping for a bit more on my pizza. It was... Empty. The crust was good though.
Service I gave a 2. I asked for no green peppers on my carnivore pizza. I figured carnivore would be like a meat Lovers, but they were adding green peppers, which I hate. They told me no, they don't make changes, it will upset the cook.
So they're ok with upsetting their customers, but not their cook. Plus the peppers were the last thing to put on, so would have been easy to not do.
My girlfriend got the Sicilienne pizza that had Kalamata olives on it. Just be careful, they had pits still. Makes no sense, great way to break a tooth.
Atmosphere was fine.
45 bucks for 2 pizzas is quite pricey to.

I would pay more no problem for a pizza that was worth it. This pizza was not worth that cost. The pepperoni & sausage were both normal. The bacon was so thin I hardly noticed it was there. I had to remove all the green peppers myself as you don't have a dedicated meat lovers.
45 dollars is not expensive for 2 pizzas, but it IS for what we got
I've been a customer of Non Solo Pane since they first opened. I love this place, & now that I'm back to living in the neighbourhood, I've been so excited to return.
I know the owner Claudia is incredible & I know if she was there today to serve me, I never would have received my order in the state that I received it.
I ordered a bunch of things besides a chicken cutlet panino (without hot peppers), & a focaccia pizza with the big dallop of ricotta on top of it.
I got home & found hot peppers in my panino & the pizza was an atrocity.... Literally just shaking my head. Why on earth would you put a pizza like that in a box that's half its height!!?? Lastly, I asked her what flavour the biscotti were, & she said'they're regular'. I asked her'what's regular?' since Ive never heard of biscotti being called that. She repeated that they're regular. I said'but they're very brown', & she just said'yeah.' I got home & ate one & it seems they're molasses flavour??
I'm obviously not going to stop going because I love the food, but the girl at the counter needs to stop serving it like this.
rare that i am not happy with a visit to NSP however this recent visit left me less than.... I only bought two items but both were misses this time. First was the pepperoni pizza. Last time I had it-it was amazing, this time it was lacking cheese, pepperoni was a bit scarce,& a large black charred spot on the crust. Also I asked for a chicken cutlet sandwich & like before, the last time was much better. This time the cutlets were very thin & quite difficult to chew. Hopefully a next visit will correct these issues
