BEWARE OF TIP FRAUD!!!! In spite of a law passing in May 2025, this restaurant still calculates suggested tips based on the subtotal PLUS the tax. This new law mandates that tip is supposed to be calculated on the subtotal amount BEFORE taxes... not after. Furthermore, only the percentage option for tip was on the credit card machine. There was no way to use a dollar value for assigning a tip. Obviously, this is an intentional way to dissuade clients from trying to input the proper amount.

When I mentioned this illegal practice to the waiter, he said he wasn't aware & that he had nothing to do with it. Based on his reaction when I said it, he knew all too well & had obviously heard about this from other clients. The passing of this new law was well publish so claiming ignorance is an outright lie.

I reported this restaurant to the Consumer Protection Office of Quebec.

Nice local eatery with good food. Sat street side which was busy with bikes & cars but enjoyable & still easy to have a conversation at the table. Portions are good, food is good & tomato sauce is great.

Where do I even begin with Natalino…
Can I give more than 5 stars?!

We originally came here on a whim because I was craving a margarita pizza 🍕. What we didn't expect was to completely fall in love with the atmosphere, the staff, & the experience as a whole.

Not long after, we got engaged there, & the team made the evening feel so incredibly special that we ended up choosing Natalino as our wedding venue too.

From start to finish, the attention to detail, the patience with my endless back-&-forth questions (sorry again 😅), & the genuine care from everyone involved helped bring one of the most meaningful nights of our lives to life.

What made it even more special was seeing how much our guests loved it too. Days later, we're still getting messages from people saying how amazing the food, service, & atmosphere were, & how badly they want to go back.

The staff truly went above & beyond. They took the time to learn many of our guests' names, constantly made sure my husband & I were taken care of, & made the entire evening feel effortless & warm.

From our very first visit with Ben as our waiter (shoutout to my new favorite human), to all the time Mat spent helping me plan, to the incredible team the night of, CJ, Jake, Liam, & everyone else involved… I am endlessly grateful.

Thank you for giving us memories we'll carry forever 🤍
