Lundi 6 avril nous avons choisi le menu 8 services avec le pairage des vins. Ce fut une expérience sensorielle hors de l'ordinaire. Les plats sont exquis & le choix des vins plus que parfait. L'explication des produits servis par les deux serveurs-sommeliers très compétents a contribué à l'expérience. Belle ambiance & timing entre les services parfait. L'accueil du maître d'hôtel a été également le chaleureux. Je recommande vivement.
Excellent tasting menu with well balanced flavours. Dishes were elegant, light & refreshing. This was probably my favourite restaurant I tried in Montreal & one of the few where the sauces on the food were not too salty! The cocktails were excellent as well. They also have a non-alcoholic drink pairing with the tasting menu which sounded very good, but I did not try it. Highly recommend.

Expérience plutôt mitigée au Bouillon Blik. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation : les plats sont assez ordinaires. On ne ressent pas de travail poussé, ni de prise de risque, ni de réelle harmonie des saveurs. Ça se mange, mais ça ne marque pas. À l'exception du dessert, très réussit !
Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant dans ce contexte. Le cadre, peu chaleureux, n'apporte pas non plus à l'expérience, pas plus que le long service entre chaque plat.
À noter que les plats à la carte sont peut-être plus aboutis. Au final, une adresse correcte, mais que nous ne recommandons pas.
Souper d'anniversaire mémorable avec une magnifique présentation des plats. Nous n'avons pas opté pour le menu dégustation, mais plutôt pour une belle variété de plats à partager. L'attention aux détails est remarquable, la qualité des aliments est irréprochable & les saveurs sont parfaitement au rendez-vous.
Notre serveuse, Joanie, a été aux petits soins tout au long de la soirée & nous a offert d'excellentes recommandations, notamment pour le vin. L'option des verres de 2,5 oz est vraiment géniale : elle permet de découvrir & savourer plusieurs choix sans excès.
Seul petit bémol : j'aurais aimé avoir davantage de variété au niveau des desserts.
Une expérience extraordinaire ! Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Chaque bouchée était succulente, avec un mélange de saveurs parfaitement équilibré. On sent la qualité des produits & le soin apporté à chaque plat. Je recommande vivement !

Great restaurant! My partner & I went here for the 5 course tasting menu & I can honestly say it is some of the best food I have ever had!
You can tell the chefs really put a lot of thought into the composition of the dishes & the order in which you eat them. All the flavours & aromas blend together seamlessly & the quality of the ingredients could be tasted.
My one slight criticism is that the restaurant itself is not as interesting as the menu. It's just a basic dining hall with simple tables & a simple modern setup. However, definitely don't miss out on the food just because of this!
The servers were also so on top of it. We never poured ourselves wine from our bottle once. They were always attending to us & explaining each dish.

Bien que le décor soit agréable, il pourrait gagner en chaleur & en caractère pour correspondre pleinement à la qualité des mets proposés.
Lors de notre visite, nous avons opté pour un plat principal & une entrée, & les deux étaient excellents. Le dessert, bien que créatif, manquait peut-être de simplicité, avec un peu trop d'éléments à l'assiette. Un lieu très prisé, il est recommandé de réserver à l'avance. En somme, Bouillon Bilk est une table à découvrir pour une expérience gastronomique de qualité, avec un léger potentiel d'amélioration pour atteindre l'excellence.
The service was five Star. What ever you ask they will do for you. I recommend it & the food is a five star Michelin. You must try restaurants in Montreal. I have eating in many restaurants but this in is one off the Best. You must bring your special one hear.

Pricy but worth it. If you want to have a gourmet experience that's the place to go, get the 5 or 8 course meal with agood bottle of wine. Excellent for special occasions, first dates or any occasion where you want to impress. The service is very attentive & the food is heavenly. I strongly recommend!
Très belle expérience sur l'heure du lunch au Bouillon Bilk! Nous avons pris la table d'hôte à $60 & nous n'avons pas été déçu. L'amuse bouche au poisson était très bon, la soupe de carotte juste incroyable, le canard bien cuit & tendre & le dessert très rafraîchissant! Je recommande grandement pour un bon & beau moment gastronomique!
Bouillon Bilk is a beautiful fine dining spot in downtown Montreal with a modern & elegant interior design. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxed & upscale meal.
We highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as it's a popular spot. While they offer a tasting menu, we weren't too hungry, so we ordered one appetizer & one main course each & both were absolutely delicious.
A great place for a refined dining experience in the city.
Incredible tasting menu with such varied tastes, every dish is a story delicately told! I had the 5 courses but asked to add the scallops. Staff is next-level. Highly recommend!

We booked a table ahead. We were a group of three.
We all ordered the 8 course tasting menu. I also ordered the 7 discovery pairings. The 8 course tasting menu was supposed to be for people who came after 8pm but they made it available for us even though we were there quite early (5.30pm).
Absolutely loved each course! They all have rich flavors. The mushrooms were really tasty, with the right amount of crispy. Among the first five courses, scallop & quail were my favorite. For dessert, the cucumber ice cream was really refreshing. Definitely recommend! For the discovery tasting, I love the last ice cider the best. Fruity flavor but not too sweet. Perfect balance
