At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.
Overall, reviews describe BOSSA Prêt à manger as a standout for Italian sandwiches, with fresh bread, generous fillings and a variety of tasty options that deliver on flavor across the different locations. The sandwiches are repeatedly praised as delicious and authentically Italian, with favorites like porchetta, chicken parm and sausage and pepper cited, plus cannoli and crema di caffe for dessert. Service is noted as friendly and attentive, though the spots can be very busy, resulting in long lines and wait times for ordering and pickup. Indoor seating is limited and the space can feel crowded during peak hours, yet many say the wait is worth it and that staff do their best. The openings on the South Shore and the new Dix location are welcomed, with consistent quality and a vibe that makes it a go to for takeout or eating in.
My friend & I shared a cheesesteak & an eggplant parm sandwich, both were delicious & we were really full (big sandwiches!) highly recommend. We also had their crema di café.
Food was amazing, ordered the chicken parm, i
Was blown away! Each bite was packed with flavour, the sandwich was soo incredible, I had to double it & order another one, which almost never happens.
I will recommend this to everyone!

I went to Bossa & ordered one of their cold sandwiches. It was delicious & we were greeted by a very lively cashier called Bianca. Will definitely go back for their delicious food!
It took over 35 minutes to get three sandwiches & one gnocchi, even though the place wasn't crowded at all! There was nowhere to sit - the spot is tiny & super cramped. If I counted right, there were more employees than customers inside. Maybe having too many people in such a small kitchen actually slows everything down!
This was our first - & definitely our last - experience wasting precious time on a take-out lunch here. Never again!
To see if the YouTubers' hype about the food was real, here's our group's unanimous verdict: VERY OILY & SOGGY SANDWICHES!
They absolutely do NOT justify the extremely high prices.
