Not good service . I'm English speaking but know some French. I am from Parkdale Ontario, moved here with mother back in 93. I went into your tiny little shop to order a HAM SUBMARINE SAMMICH!!!!! & A COKE!!!! That lady spoke no English nor FRENCH!! She said in broken German * I only speak MARGARINE* WHO the hell in Quebec speaks margerine???

Really enjoyed this place! The sandwich was so good & everything tasted fresh. The atmosphere was really nice & the service was great too. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a good sandwich & a nice place to eat!

Food quality has taken a big hit lately. I used to go here every weekend, & I've noticed it steadily declining. Last week, got a package of the premade meatballs & they barely had any flavor, & the sauce was acidic tasting more than anything. Along with that, my wife got the steak & pepperoni sub, & some of the pieces of steak were not cooked all the way, & there was WAY more grizzle pieces in it before. I know they recently had flyers for new hires & a new location on the way in the West Island, but I just hope they're not stretching it too thin where the quality is suffering as a result.

Would love to bump this up to the 5 stars it usually deserves.

Staff is very friendly & nice , but knowing the hype of the montreal Bossa they should of had more space to sit & to wait for your order .. i was asked to wait outside for my order & unfortunately it was raining

Cliente depuis 2018-2019, je suis une grande fan de Bossa & j'ai toujours eu d'excellentes expériences à Verdun. ❤?

Première visite à la succursale du Dix30 aujourd'hui : les saveurs, les ingrédients, l'espace & le service étaient excellents! Par contre, le pain était assez sec & le sandwich Philly beaucoup moins garni qu'à l'habitude. J'ai aussi trouvé un peu dommage de payer 0,10 $ pour un sac en papier pour emporter les sandwiches, & surtout, mes deux cannolis payés étaient manquants dans la commande.

Je reste une cliente qui adore Bossa, mais j'espère que ces petits détails seront améliorés!
