Yesterday I tried for a first time vegetarian sushi restaurant, & despite not being a vegetarian myself, I was amazed at how well-prepared the dishes were. I could barely tell the difference . The ambiance was fancy & perfect for romantic dates. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere; it was quiet enough to have a conversation without any disturbances. They serve real tea in nice teapots, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, although the service was a bit hit-or-miss. One waiter neglected our table, but another stepped in & provided excellent service, improving the experience.

Tried Bloom on a Wed. night before a show, & everything was fabulous. Very polished service, & chef omakase was well worth it. We will be back soon with friends.
Très bel endroit pour un sushi date. À retenir que cette endroit offre des sushi vegan mais vraiment délicieux. Les ingrédients sont de hautes qualités, le saumon ressemble beaucoup à du vrai poisson 😳 je recommande

The food was AMAZING. Wow! & the decor/ambiance is amazing! I took cripsy inari (WOW 10/10), the gyozas, again wow, & the sauce that came with it was heavenly, & then I took the kamikaze inari which was also extremely tasty! I am extremely satisfied with this restaurant! It is expensive but worth it. I took less to stick to my budget of 40$ before tips & taxes, so I was still a little bit hungry but that was my own decision! My partner had crispy inari too with kamikaze saumon & kamikaze inari & she absolutely loved every bite as well. We will definitely come back
Enfin un restaurant où en tant que végétarien ou vegan tu peux tout prendre sur la carte, quel plaisir ! D'habitude je prend le seul plat que je peux manger par défaut c'est lassant. La nourriture est tellement bonne & la serveuse tellement cool. La lumiere est tamisée & on s'entend parler sans hausser la voix.
Tout ce que ma conjointe & moi avons mangé était goûteux & délicieux! Le menu est très diversifié, donc il y en a pour tous les goûts. J'ai particulièrement été impressionné par le "saumon fumé" Très belle présentation des plats 🍘🍥🍣🍙

Avais-je trop d'attente? Magnifique décor. Service impeccable. Désappointée par leur Omakase & que dire de leur brownie belle apparence aucun goût de chocolat & la confiture de fraises on cherche la saveur? Je dois souligner que le grand souci du service à la clientèle est au-dessus de la moyenne. Suivi par Roman lors de ma visite Chapeau à la direction de cette chaîne
Je m'attendais à des saveurs prévisibles & ordinaires mais j'ai été épatée par la fraîcheur, le goût & l'originalité des sushis! Une expérience exceptionnelle! Le service & le look du resto étaient tout aussi à la hauteur. J'y retournerai dès que je serai dans ce coin.

This place exceeded our expectations! First, our reservation mix-up was met with grace. Amidst the Saturday night hustle, the host seamlessly found us a cozy table for two, transforming our reservation hiccup into a delightful evening. The efficient server guided us through a sushi adventure, with two generous platters that made our taste buds dance. The konjac salmon was a standout, remarkably resembling the real deal. Their vegan salmon, convincingly mirroring its non-vegan counterpart, is a masterful creation. It deceived all our senses with its authentic taste & texture, leaving us in awe. The appetizers boasted rich flavors, & the addition of pesto to the arancini was a succulent touch. The miso soup, gently warm with a subtle infusion of mushrooms, introduced a delightful twist to the classic, offering a sweet & savory dimension that we savored as our initial course. Opting for the platters allowed us to savor a diverse array of sushi, & every bite proved sensational-a culinary canvas adorned with edible flowers & vibrant rolls. Thanks to the spicy mayo, the sushi rolls remained moist & didn't require extra soy sauce. Paid parking (on street) was available not far away for our vehicle. Bloom Vegan Sushi delivered a delectable experience with prompt & professional service & a menu that left us thoroughly satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend it & look forward to returning.
