C est nornal quue quand je suus allée chercher na boite surprise aujourd hui ( dinanche 26 avril ) a 21h30 que ka respinsabke me dise qu elle na pas de boite qui ferme bien & que tout ce qu elle px faire c est ma la taper comme il faut avec du scotch vert ,qui ne tien pas a moitier! Il a fallut je lui prenne un sac a vidadange transparent pour bien serrer etant a pied! & qu elle ce fache soupir comme si j etait un bebe gate de pas etre satisfaite & m ignorer en changant de piece dans ke resto? Preuve a l apouie & son gestuel parlera de lui meme sur vos camera! J admet que pour une premiere comande good to go c etait fort comme sac surprise!
It was my first time trying vegetarian sushi, it was interesting how they could play with the vegetables to imitate the taste of the real sushi. I liked some of the roles, especially the one that looks like it has salmon on top & the one with mushrooms on top. The soup was not tasteful, but I like the taste of the brownie with strawberry or raspberry jam on top. Overall, I would not go back again because it was expensive comparing with the real sushi experience & still it doesn't give the real experience & taste of sushi.

Had a delivery order. Man, this was the worst sushi I have ever tried.
Shima bundle order came without miso soup, no wasabi, no soy sauce, edamame was overboiled, gyoza by smell seems was made yesterday. But there was an excessive amount of mayo spread all over the rolls. Guys, do you even taste what you cook, it should be illegal to make sushi like this ;) Horrible taste, & waste of money.
We made a reservation, ordered a couple soups & gyozas. Appetizers were good, but waited an hour, & the waitress still never came to even put in our order for our sushi. Never checked in with us, ended up waving her down so that we could just pay & leave. Very disappointing experience, & we really wanted to support a local vegan restaurant after visiting the nearby vegan Christmas market. :/ additionally, despite the reservation & other seating options opened, we were placed into a cramped table in a high traffic passing area that required staff & other guests to squeeze past us & clean dishes for other tables piled up on the counter next to our face; it ruining the otherwise nicely decorated place~
Vegan sushi is a hard thing to pull off but bloom does it with ease. If you get the service menu, you will leave happy, full, & satisfied.
I know this is something people always say but i genuinely did not taste the difference when they had mock salmon rolls. I also loved the fried dumplings & soup. Fresh ingredients & unique flavours.
It doesn't get too crowded but I would still recommend a reservation. The restaurant is also very well decored & the tone is so warm & inviting.
The employees were amazing, generous, efficient & friendly. They were the highlight of the place. The atmosphere was just ok. The food was disappointing (& I've been to different vegan sushi restaurants). Salmon sashimi was ok. Miso soup was bland. The rice was good. The crispy rice was unpleasantly chewy & gummy. The smoked crab was extremely overpowering; after that, we couldn't taste anything else. Brownie was gummy, although very tasty.
