A formal, gourmet restaurant with classical music, where the staff are constantly attentive. It wasn't for us, it wasn't what we were looking for, so you need to know what to expect. We had one dish & a cocktail, that's all. The flavour is there, it's well executed, but the quantity isn't there, as is often the case in this type of restaurant. The price of the dish is fairly reasonable given the standard of the establishment & the quality of the food. However, the price of a simple small bowl of vegetables is outrageous! €12! For 3 pieces of broccoli, 3 carrots & 3 pieces of fennel, & I'm not exaggerating about the quantity. This really has to stop.

We visited **Bistrot de Venise** to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, & everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, & made us feel truly welcome & comfortable.
We chose the degustation menu, & every single dish was outstanding-beautifully presented & full of flavor. You could really feel the attention to detail & the passion behind the food.
To top it all off, it was honestly the **best tiramisu I have ever had in my life**. An unforgettable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for a special occasion or anyone who appreciates exceptional cuisine & service.

Spritz molto buono, ben bilanciato e preparato con attenzione.
Aperitivo molto particolare, con grande cura nei dettagli, sia nella presentazione che nell'atmosfera.
Si percepisce attenzione alla qualità e voglia di distinguersi.
Esperienza davvero piacevole, consigliato a chi cerca qualcosa di diverso dal solito. 🍹✨ Consigliatissimo ❤?

Ho ordinato pasta italiana ed era deliziosa, cotta alla perfezione con un sugo saporito ma non pesante. Il piatto è arrivato caldo e in porzioni generose. Il servizio è stato eccellente, cordiale e attento in ogni momento, ma non invadente. L'atmosfera è piacevole e accogliente, ideale per sedersi a mangiare con calma e chiacchierare tranquillamente. Tutto è filato liscio, senza lunghe attese o fretta. Non è un posto dove andare di fretta, ma piuttosto dove godersi il pasto con calma. Sono uscito soddisfatto e con una buona sensazione; è uno di quei posti che ti soddisfa quando hai voglia di pasta fatta in casa.

A fantastic Venetian dinner experience. They accommodated for our gluten free (coeliac) needs very well & we loved the entire meal. Would recommend for a special meal!

Une institution… à ne pas manquer .'Chic-Etti' en entrée, les propositions spéciales truffle blanche…. Une carte des vins impressionnante & surtout un service aux petits soins. Toujours un grand plaisir. Dommage qu ils n'aient pas de canocce.. J'oubliais: la terrasse est très agréable quand reviennent les beaux jours !

We had lunch here & it was excellent from start to finish. The squid ink pasta was the highlight-rich, perfectly cooked, & full of flavor, paired beautifully.
Service was attentive & professional, & the atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch in Venice. Highly recommended.

Delightful as ever. This time we had Gamberoni in'Saor' all'antica (Prawns in'Saor' sweet & sour) & Caprese Gourmet (Buffalo mozzarella mousse glazed with San Marzano tomato) followed by Petto de Anara in salsa'Pevarada' (Duck breast in Pevarada sauce) accompanied by a flight of three delicious & very reasonable different wines recommended by the excellent sommelier. All first-rate.

Got suggested seafood starter & after that i got suggested a risotto
The dishes cooked by Stefano Novello with passion & with so much love made me appreciate the kitchen so much

Partendo dalla tradizione locale, questo ristorante propone tipici piatti veneziani in chiave contemporanea. Adatto a chi ha voglia di sperimentare cose nuove. Ingredienti di qualità, presentazione dei piatti molto curata, estro creativo nel menù. Locale molto elegante, servizio attento, atmosfera rilassata. Complimenti!
