Mi experiencia en Bistro de Venise fue, sin duda, un 10 de 10. Celebré un momento inolvidable al comprometerme con mi pareja, y el personal hizo que la velada fuera mágica. Su amabilidad, atención al detalle y disposición para ayudarme con la propuesta fueron excepcionales, convirtiendo la noche en un recuerdo imborrable.
La comida estuvo a la altura de la ocasión: cada plato fue una delicia. Recomiendo encarecidamente el risotto, los raffioli y la lasana, todos preparados con un sabor auténtico y exquisito. My experience at Bistro de Venise was nothing short of perfection-a true 10 out of 10. I celebrated an unforgettable moment by proposing to my partner, & the staff made the evening truly magical. Their kindness, attention to detail, & willingness to assist with the proposal were exceptional, creating a memory we will cherish forever.The food was outstanding, perfectly complementing the occasion. I highly recommend the risotto, ravioli, & lasagna-each dish bursting with authentic, exquisite flavors. Petite ruelle aérée où nous avons profité d'un délicieux risotto & lasagnes pour les enfants. Délicieux. Agréable moment & une cuisine sublime. Bon vin à 7€ le verre. Aperol 9€. Bon restaurantet & service très aimable.
Toutefois, il y un manque de finesse. J'ai pris le risotto aux fruits de mer (ayant un reçu un prix) qui était bon mais très, voire trop copieux alors qu'il n'y avait qu'une petite saint jacques, 3 crevettes. Moins de riz & plus de fruits de mer aurait été plus équilibré.
Prix élevé mais la cuisine est recherchée donc plutôt mitigé sur le rapport qualité-prix. 90€ entrée-plat & mocktail.

Accolti cordialmente dal personale, hanno riposto i cappotti nel guardaroba e ci hanno accompagnati al tavolo. Menù selezionato, con pochi piatti, ma ben curati. Ottimo l'antipasto di capesante e i primi (una linguina e un risotto) da 10 e lode. Pane e grissini con l'olio buonissimi e di ottima qualità. Immancabile tappa per chi vuole godersi una coccola gastronomica a Venezia.

We booked through The Fork app & got 20% off, bringing the total to $174 for 4 cocktails, 2 complimentary soups, 3 entrées, a dessert, & an extra dessert on the house. A good deal, especially if you're from the U.S. The risotto was flavourful, & the beef filet was tender & juicy. Attentive service made the experience even better.

Amazing service. Very attentive & friendly staff. My partner had an affordably priced pasta from the light lunch menu & I tried the seafood risotto. Very fresh tasting prawns & scallop.

A cena per un anniversario , ambiente molto accogliente e buon servizio Piatti della tradizione ma rivisitati, a cominciare dal pane, delizioso! Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti, favolosi gli scampi crudi , i gamberi in saor buoni ma veramente molto ridotti il piatto forte del locale : risotto con crostacei crudi e cotti Deliziosi anche il piattino offerto ad inizio pasto Un bel posto ed un conto piuttosto importante!

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Definitely fine dining, with unique flavors. We were interested in something slightly different from the hundreds of standard Italian restaurants. We travel heavily, & huge wine people. Their wine list is impressive but a little pricey. We had the BEST wine service I have ever had in any restaurant in the world. The detail our server put in to present, decant, etc the bottle was special. It was truly well done, & we only ordered a $200 bottle. They started with a unique take on a Caprese which was actually really nice. The tuna appetizer is a seasonal special & it was great. I had the risotto which was a good dish - a little fishy & strong in fennel flavor. The "moving fish" was interesting. the amount of seafood was comical - i had one half of one scallop, one small piece of langoustine (I think?), one shrimp, & some of the raw fish. The panna cotta honey dessert was fantastic. They also gave us a little tasting dessert. We would recommend to friends that are adventurous or want something a little different.

I can't say enough good things about Bistrot de Venise. My fiancée & I had gotten engaged mere hours before our reservation & I scheduled the "romance" package for dinner. It came with its own special menu, an exclusive red tablecloth, a rose, two glasses of prosecco, 5 courses, & a special heart pastry, personalized with a congratulatory message. The food was fantastic & is certainly worthy of a Michelin star, especially the scallop risotto. This dish was incredible, & the heat of the food caused some of the thinly sliced ingredients to react & "come to life". It was one of the cooler things I have seen. At many highly rated spots, while the food may be good, the portions are lacking. That was not the case here. We felt full by the end of it & very, very satisfied. The sommellier helped us pair our wine perfectly & the waiter was absolutely wonderful, not snobby, but pleasantly delightful. The ambiance & aesthetic of the place is cozy & artistic & very different from other local establishments. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice. Seriously, you'll be missing out if you don't. Grazie!

Excellent Michelin rated restaurant with AUTHENTIC Venetian cuisine. THE place to go if you want to try traditional style food from this region. Our hotel recommended them & made us dinner reservations. It was amazing! My husband's risotto was actually MOVING when they presented his dish!! At first I was like, "uhhh babe...WTH is going on with your fooood!?!?! 😳"but then I realized it wasn't actually "alive", (Whew 😅) & our server explained it was just an effect of the heat...A very impressive presentation! Everything was delicious & my kids loved it too. Wine pairing was perfect! This was one of our favorite dinners during our 2 week tour of Italy. The Michelin rating is well deserved.

Our first Michelin star experience ever & on a whim for a special bday lunch for my daughter. The risotto was an experience by itself, the fillet was on point & we ate the entire dessert menu. They had a €55 courses menu but we opted for the a la carts lunch options. Definitely not a kid restaurant, but they weren't busy & exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Our kids devoured the lasagna & desserts. The outstanding service, wine pairings, charm, & high quality food were beyond expectations. For a tucked away spot, this is a hidden gem.

A truly authentic dining experience blending history & new age cooking into unique dishes. Their Tuna tartare special is a must get! Their award winning Risotto is worth the try, it may sound like a lot at first but it all comes together to make a great dish. Service here was also great with friendly & informative waiters. The outside ambiance is very chill & we had a good amount of space.

An absolute culinary gem! Their signature dish, "Raw-Cooked" Risotto is the best risotto I've ever had in my life. Each bite is a journey through the flavors of Venice. Their desserts are exceptional, especially the revisited pana cota "Maya the Bee" is a real masterpiece. The ambiance & service only add to the overall delightful experience. Highly recommend.

Bistrot de Venise provided an experience that far surpassed my expectations for a Michelin-starred meal in Venice. From the moment I arrived, I was entranced by the enchanting ambiance, accentuated by charming street-side tables that perfectly captured the spirit of Venetian elegance.

The food was nothing short of extraordinary. I began my culinary journey with the Prawns in "Saor," an appetizer steeped in historic Venetian cuisine. The prawns were impeccably cooked & beautifully complemented by spiced onions, sultanas, & pine nut milk. The amalgamation of flavors & textures was a delightful sensory experience that left me eagerly awaiting the next course.

For my main dish, I had the "Raw-Cooked" Risotto, a specialty of Bistrot de Venise & a first-place winner at the 8th National Enogastronomic Competition "Pistolto del Sommelier." The risotto was transcendent—infused with fennel, adorned with "cooked-raw" shellfish, & subtly accented by dill essence, licorice, & star anise powder. Each bite was a celebration of culinary artistry, complex yet harmonious in its flavor profile.

What elevated the experience from excellent to exceptional was the attentive & knowledgeable service provided by our waiter. He guided us through the menu with expertise, ensuring that our dining experience was as comfortable as it was memorable.
