Bistrot de Venise emphasizes traditional pizza craftsmanship through the use of hand-stretched dough and high-quality artisanal toppings. The kitchen focuses on achieving a perfectly blistered crust in a high-temperature oven, ensuring a distinctively crisp texture that supports balanced flavor profiles. Fresh ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, and imported cured meats define the core menu selections. The interior aesthetic reflects a utilitarian approach designed to keep the focus entirely on the culinary product being served. Patrons encounter a straightforward environment where the preparation methods prioritize consistency and technical execution over decorative excess. Every menu item undergoes a rigorous selection process to ensure that each component contributes to the overall structural integrity and palate appeal of the final dish.

Excellent place, surprised they don't have a Michelin star yet! Recommend the historical tasting menu - very tasty dishes based on recipes from the Middle Ages! Staff speaks perfect English & drinks were great too.
Friendly & charming service. Sommelier on staff who knows his stuff. Classic dishes as well as modern influences. The veal kidney was delicious. If only the portions were a bit bigger. I understand why Michelin recommends this place.
Competente, Professionale, Gentile, disponibile e piacevolmente spiritoso!
Ottima la cucina.
Il prezzo non vale quindi la totalità
dell'esperienza.
They don't have real Michelin star (just recommendation from Michelin). We took 4 dishes tasting menu . Eel was terrible , bunch of bones inside, tasted bad, presentation was very nice , i wish taste would be the same. Shrimps with onions were not very good as well. Only pasta & ravioli were delicious. Didn't even finish half of our dishes. desserts looked cheap & tasted the same. Inside the restaurant smelled like in the basement, that's because it's located under the ground i guess. Service was good , no complaints, but it's a restaurant & it's expensive restaurant, so i think the food is not worth those money . Paid 330 euros for 2 people. NOT RECOMMENDED. thanks

Exceptional take on traditional local cuisine. Taken aback by the quality of the ingredients. Stumbled across Bistrot De Venice on the Michelin Guide, & it certainly belongs there - perhaps with a star. The Sommelier was wonderfully knowledgeable with two great suggestions; Extensive wine list also. Dining outside was a true immersive experience. A fantastic balance between haute cuisine & local dining.
Michelin- Historical menu items, THE best olive oil- VEGAN options! Spectacular service. There is a 10% fee but it covers bread, water, (the amazing olive oil) & treats= worth it. Love this restaurant! & the caprese salad was like no other Ive ever had. What flavors!
