Hands down one of the best cocktail spots in Montreal! We visited The Coldroom around 8 PM on a Saturday, & the place was packed & buzzing with amazing energy.

?Finding the secret door sets the tone, but the real star are the drinks - the bartenders are masters at their craft. Having been to Sample bar & Bisous Bisous, I love how this group creates totally distinct experiences for each bar. But Coldroom is truly elite. A absolute must-visit that we'll be returning to repeatedly!

We visited Spain last year & discovered the power sherry & vermouth, & life's been better ever since haha. This place reproduces those memorable nights in Madrid & Cadiz. No terrace which was too bad because I'm a big fan of an icy vermouth & soda on a hot summer evening, but the vibe downstairs definitely made up for it. A very busy place, with a good balance of locals & tourists. The music was fun & played at a level we could speak without shouting. The bartender was really friendly & super knowledgeable, & they even gave us fantastic restaurants recommendations. The conservas menu was super authentic as well. Try the olives, I've only seen olives like this in Spain. The cocktails we tried were all really good as well. Time Flies is a must try.

Stumbled here in a rain storm, the lounge is stylish, old stone layout in the basement right down in old Montreal.
Bartenders were polite, knowledgeable & suggested we tried the'big cans' sardines, & they were unbelievable, drinks/cocktails were also amazing. Can't say enough high praise for this place, if your walking around looking for an amazing gem to try out make sure this is on your to do list!

Very nice atmosphere & great service. Our bartender, yousef, was so helpful & skilled. Food options are limited but otherwise we had the best experience! would recommend if visiting :)

Creative, delicious, high-energy cocktail bar in the heart of the Old Port. The bartenders float easily between French & English, making it a great place for American tourists to visit if you so choose. Cocktails are very innovative & well-balanced, & the food we had that night, the product of a pop-up, was actually one of the best things we had during our time in Montreal. It is a small space but the layout makes it easy to navigate, & actually feels very cozy. The power to the area went out the night we were there & we actually continued to have a great time with the bartenders to the glow of our iPhone lights. Takes a special place & a special crew to do that. Can't wait to return.

Great speak easy bar. Our drinks were great.

Our bartender (Yousef) made our evening very enjoyable. very attentive, easy going & knowlegeable.

Ambience has a very chill vibe which we loved. The Coldroom, which I believe is owned by the same company, is nice, but more crowded & cramped. Bisou Bisou is a hidden gem. We felt very welcomed, & was a great way to end our week long vacation to Quebec city & Montreal. Hope to come back. Try the Stone fruit cocktail, & reverse manhattan.

Such a lovely speakeasy! We were lucky to sit right in front of the bartender & got a full view of her craft - absolutely amazing to watch. Every drink she made was not only beautifully presented but also perfectly balanced & delicious. A must-visit if you appreciate great cocktails & skilled bartending.
