Life changing pastries.
This croissant was one of the most incredible things that I've beheld, you cannot even pick it up without it collapsing. The texture & taste are equally as delicate. Hands down the best croissant. The Kougin-Amann was beyond my ability to capture in words. I recommend eating it with a fork but also just pick a piece up & bite it, 2 different experiences, neither lackluster or ordinary.
The kindest & most patient people here as well.

I went to Kouign Amann & tried their signature sliced kouign amann. It was one of the best pastries I've ever had-crispy on the outside, soft inside, & full of buttery, caramelized flavor. I highly recommend it.

I also tried the croissant. It was okay, but I expected it to be better. It wasn't as crispy or flaky as I was hoping.

I stumbled upon this place while walking through the neighborhood & I am so glad I did. The pastries are incredibly buttery & flaky, exactly how they should be. It is rare to find a bakery that gets the texture of a kouign amann just right, but this spot has mastered it. The atmosphere is cozy & the staff is very welcoming. I will definitely be making this a regular stop on my weekend mornings from now on. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality baked goods.

You cannot go wrong with a round plain croissant! It's delicious 3 ingredients & always fresh. I highly recommend for a simple high quality pastry

Highly recommend the kouing Amann & croissants. Croissant are buttery & soft while the kouing amann are served warm. Taste remind me of a pineapple upside down cake with no pineapple & less sickly sweet.

I'm a huge fan of bakeries, & this is hands down the best bakery I've ever been to.

During my stay in Montreal, I visited four highly reviewed bakeries, but none of them came close to this place. Everything we tried was incredibly fresh, delicate, & absolutely delicious. It was so good that we finished an entire box of baked goods in about five minutes-& immediately went back in to buy more.

The customer service was also excellent-friendly, welcoming, & efficient. The shop itself was very clean & well kept, which made the experience even better.

One thing to note is that the indoor seating area is quite limited, so I'd recommend planning for takeout rather than dining in. Also, be sure to double-check their opening days & hours-they're only open Wednesday through Saturday, & closed the rest of the week.

Highly recommend if you're looking for top-tier baked goods.

We had an amazing experience with this place! We were driving from Ottawa & were going to arrive around 6 PM, even though they close at 4:30. Somehow, they still managed to help us - they took payment online, sent us the receipt, & even arranged for our order to be picked up from the business next door.

That level of service is beyond exceptional. Truly above & beyond what anyone would expect. Honestly, you deserve 10 stars instead of 5!
