The Fattoush was absolutely delicious & a must-try. The Muhammara had good flavor, though the texture was thicker than usual. The Batata Harra was served as seasoned fries instead of the traditional cubes, which was a pleasant surprise. We were excited to try the Mansaf, but it didn't quite meet our expectations. However, the staff kindly offered to replace it with another dish. Overall, the experience was positive, & the atmosphere was nice, though the prices are on the higher side for Middle Eastern cuisine.
I recently visited this wonderful Syrian restaurant in downtown Montreal, & I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. I ordered the Mansaf, & it was simply amazing - the flavors were rich, & the lamb was incredibly tender. It was a perfect representation of authentic Syrian cuisine. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the vibe of the restaurant. They were playing Fairuz in the background, which added a beautiful & calming atmosphere to the meal. The design of the restaurant was also impressive, with cultural hints
AMAZING!! After trying almost all of the kibbeh nayyeh in Mtl & Laval this is the best I've had. The waiter Elias was super professional & the owner made us feel at home. If you want authentic & top tier middle eastern food & drinks come here. 10/10 would recommend
Hands down the best food we had in Montreal. Hummus was super tasty & the ice cream dessert was to die fo
Un endroit qui vous transporte hors de Montréal depuis que vous êtes entré, & ce que j'ai goûté était incroyable, super service à la clientèle & ils nous ont servi très rapidement.
This place has absolutely delicious food! Authentic Syrian (Al Sham) arabic classics. The portions are very generous which makes it worth the price! The entry is a bit confusing as it's on the lower level of the outdoor sign. Very polite & friendly staff. We got the Fettoush, hummus, falafel, shawarma abo al abd & the Ouzi. Everything was on point except the ouzi which was basic compared to everything. 100% worth going if you like Arabic food or want to try it.
Five star lentil soup & hummus! Patient & professional service. Reasonable prices & generous portions. A must for superb Mediterranean food in Montreal!
We visited this place on a Saturday night it was beautiful they had belly dancer & singer. It was amazing & the restaurant owner is very nice.
The best Syrian food in the country. Fresh authentic & the owner & staff are super friendly. Beautiful hidden gem
Be aware that the live music & belly dancer starts at 9 & it's a separate reservation directly with the restaurant. We'd a reservation at 7 & wanted to stay but thankfully the manager honored our request as we're only two & one table had some that didn't show up then we learned that another full table didn't show up. The space is small but cozy & the food is good.
Came here for dinner Friday night & was pleasantly surprised about how amazing the food was. Authentic food, warm & welcoming service from our waitress Sana, & amazing vibes overall. The show was great, we got to dance & mingle with other guests. Will come back for sure! Thank you for the great experience.
