What a special restaurant. The flavours are unique and beautifully balanced, with outstanding local ingredients showcased in every dish. The menu is small, but every item is thoughtfully created and executed perfectly. The service was exceptional-friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food. The staff took the time to explain each dish, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One thing that really stood out was learning they are a gratuity-free restaurant. When I offered to leave a tip, I was told,'Don't worry, we're paid well.' I found that incredibly refreshing. I'd experienced this in Australia and loved it there too. It removes the pressure and awkwardness around tipping, making the hospitality feel natural and authentic. I'd happily pay a little more for a meal if it supports this approach. My wife and I have been saying'what a great meal that was' constantly since visiting yesterday, highly recommended!

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant. Malheureusement, le manque de respect envers les clients est vraiment décevant. Nous sommes venus simplement pour manger et passer un bon moment, mais l'accueil et l'attitude du personnel nous ont fait sentir très mal à l'aise. Un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme envers les clients serait vraiment apprécié. Je ne recommande pas cette expérience.

Très mauvaise expérience. La nourriture ne m'a vraiment pas plu et, malheureusement, le service était encore pire. On ne vous laisse même pas le temps de choisir tranquillement et on vous met constamment la pression. L'attitude du responsable est également très désagréable et peu professionnelle. J'ai notamment été très mal à l'aise de voir la façon dont il parle à ses employés devant les clients. Ce genre de comportement donne une très mauvaise image de l'établissement. Honnêtement, je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience, autant par la nourriture que par le service et l'accueil. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit et je n'y retournerai certainement pas.

We had an amazing dinner service. The food was incredible and unexpected, every dish a surprise in the best way! Each ingredient was fresh and purposeful. The service was attentive and thoughtful. seen a video via facebook during my vacations and had to try it ! it was worth the 1 hour drive to get there . restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a building it is for sure a sketchy situation ( ring a door bell to get in the building etc lol ) but whats not to like about that ! bunch of amazing sandwiches and the pizza is top notch ! was even given a nice drink to try out from Italy ! i am for sure going back to try another kind of pizza staff were awesome and talking about recipe while making your food... a over all nice experience

Pizzas très bonnes, frites style congelées assez bonnes (pour ceux qui aiment ce genre de frites). Portions suffisantes pour le dîner de 2 adultes et 2 enfants en plus de rester le 3/4 d'une pizza pour snack de fin de soirée. La pizza n'a rien à envier aux chaînes de pizzeria populaires. Local bien climatisé. Client satisfait.

I come here almost DAILY. Some of the girls even know my order by memory as soon as they see me. Why? Because I order the same one thing every time. Why are certain items on the menu always out of stock. But never scratch it off the menu. For several days now. It's very frustrating that I drive there , wait forever, just for them to say the item is out of stock, no matter the time I go , afternoon or evening. Some of their newer employees are rude too. GET THE RHUM AND RAISIN BACK ON THE MENU or scratch it off then. Extremely disrespectful to peoples time. This week I even called first before driving there to ask is the item available the person said yes it'should be'. I got there : out of stock. Worst is they make you pay for it then come back and say it's not available. A real Shame.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. My boyfriend and I waited more than TWO HOURS for our food. Several items we ordered were unavailable, but nobody told us, so we spent all that time waiting for food that was never going to arrive. Had we been informed, we simply would have ordered something else. I repeatedly told the staff that I am vegetarian. Despite this, I ordered onion rings and was served fried calamari instead. Because I trusted that my dietary restriction had been understood, I ate some before realizing what it was. This was extremely upsetting and, in my opinion, much more serious than a simple order mistake. In the end, after more than two hours, I basically ate salad, mushrooms, a few vegetables and a very small amount of tofu. Several things we ordered never arrived at all. Considering the price, this is completely unacceptable. My boyfriend also waited the full two hours and had items that never arrived, yet he was still charged FULL PRICE and received no compensation. The communication was also terrible. Our waitress said she would bring the manager to our table, but the manager never came. I eventually had to get up and find the manager myself and repeatedly ask staff for the situation to be resolved. I eventually received a discount, but considering that I was served calamari after repeatedly saying I was vegetarian, barely received an actual meal, waited over two hours, and my boyfriend paid full price despite missing items, I do not feel the compensation was adequate. I understand that restaurants can be busy and mistakes happen, but this was not one mistake - it was a complete failure of communication and service from beginning to end. I genuinely hope management takes this seriously.
