I come here almost DAILY. Some of the girls even know my order by memory as soon as they see me. Why? Because I order the same one thing every time. Why are certain items on the menu always out of stock. But never scratch it off the menu. For several days now. It's very frustrating that I drive there , wait forever, just for them to say the item is out of stock, no matter the time I go , afternoon or evening. Some of their newer employees are rude too. GET THE RHUM & RAISIN BACK ON THE MENU or scratch it off then. Extremely disrespectful to peoples time.
This week I even called first before driving there to ask is the item available the person said yes it'should be'. I got there : out of stock. Worst is they make you pay for it then come back & say it's not available.
A real Shame.

Good ice cream spot in the area. Nice location, close to numerous parks & by the water. Big menu, lots of variety & many formats (for all the family). Downside, the service was extremely slow. The line did not move for the first 15 minutes. The ice creams were good (the biscoff blitz could have used more pieces). The prices are fair for portions. Weird observation, the ice cream wasn't very cold (weird to say but yeah). Overall, worth the visit.

Très déçue de mon expérience. J'ai acheté une crème glacée &, dès les premières bouchées, j'ai remarqué plusieurs grumeaux à l'intérieur, ce qui donnait une texture vraiment désagréable. Je ne m'attendais pas à recevoir un produit dans cet état.

Je joins une photo, car je trouve important que les clients puissent voir ce que j'ai reçu. J'espère que la qualité des produits sera mieux vérifiée à l'avenir afin d'éviter que d'autres clients vivent la même expérience.

Portions généreuses, plusieurs fois que je viens manger un bon sorbet à la fraise rafraîchissant. Employés toujours gentil & service rapide malgré l'achalandage :)

Pour une crémerie en générale, c'est vraiment bien, mais mon dieu qu'il y a du monde. Des fois la file d'attente est beaucoup trop longue. & le soir, on a l'impression d'être dans un club de nuit.

Super bonne crème glacée, très bon service, plusieurs format & de saveurs & en plus il a un service au volant donc pour ceux qui son loin ou qui on des enfants & qui ne veule pas trop marcher.. ( pas d'excuse pour ne pas y aller ) haha

Un endroit parfait pour se reposer en marchant ou en vélo. Le choix est excellent & varié, le service rapide & très courtois. Les prix sont résonables & les produits de qualité supérieure. Il y a même un service à l'auto.
