Very very interesting find. This place is for those seeking an elevated culinary experience. Comfortable cost lies somewhere between $60-$100 per person.

Every dish was excellent. The oysters were fresh, shucked perfectly with no shells & they slide right off. Ravioli is delicous & trully an ode to ox tail soup. The beef tartare was next level. Smoked meat on point. Anything these guys serve, they will do it well so don't be concerned & explore your palate.

Highly recomended.

Excellent. Le meilleur tartare de thon ! & que dire de la tartinade de champignons & l'assiette de chou-fleur & le gâteau fondant au chocolat ! J'y retourne bientôt, filet de boeuf pour moi. Je recommande ce resto fortement.

Wow!!!Quoi dire de plus!! Restaurant atypique mais combien sympathique & attentionné.Notre serveuse a été d'une gentillesse & d'une attention très particulière.Nous avons rarement été aussi bien guidés sur les saveurs d'un menu & de l'attention du chef pour la qualité & la provenance de ses produits!!!
Encore Wow & croyez moi que lors de notre prochaine visite dans les Laurentides, le détour pour retourner à ce resto sera au menu!!!!

Je me souviens pas d'avoir été dans une restaurant oú on m'a autant ignoré.
Le menu dîner était bon, mais ç'a pris une éternité… la seveuse était plus présente pour les employés que les clients, mais peut-être on n'était pas sa cible souhaitée??
La musique était trop forte ( même après l'avoir baissée), vu que juste 2 tables étaient occupées.
Anyway, une expérience pas « normale » pour un nouveau restaurant qui veut developper une clientèle…

Je suis retourné en soirée, tout en peu non-chalant, le service était chaleureux & bien cette fois, & la nourriture très bien.

It was good & tasty but nothing over the top. Service was ok.

It was on the higher end of prices for quality & quantity.

Tables were sticky.

I was disappointed to see that when the payment terminal was presented with the tip percentage, the percentage was calculated with the taxes included.
For a very modest meal for 4, with a 15% tip, that's a 7.5$ difference.

Will not go back there.
