Le concept d'un resto « speak easy » métrite d'être souligné. L'attention du maître d'hôtel Simon jumelé à la magie culinaire du chef Kolya Olivier rend cet endroit incontournable. We were spoiled! A friend had made the reservation for us and we were warmly greeted by John one of the owners. Excellent food, incredible service from Peter and his support staff. I wished we had discovered this authentic Greek food restaurant several years ago. We are only 20 km away and we will definitely put this delightful resto in the rotation. We were 3 for a special occasion and ordered a nice white Helios wine. We started with fried calamari with spicy mayo along with dinner sized toasts. Followed by fried zucchini, then fried shrimp and grilled veggies, then Mediterranean bass with capers and of course potatoes. The finale was an amazingly good and visually pleasing dessert of yogurt and honey with mini puff pastry balls that John showed my wife how they should be eaten. The cappuccino was perfect!
