W&G est un grand restaurant méditerranéen sur deux étages avec deux terrasses ouvertes pour l’été. Un grand bar central est le point d’attraction du rez-de-chaussée tandis que la cuisine ouverte complète avec le four à pizza de brique est l'attraction principale en haut. W&G est reconnu pour ses pâtes fraîches, faites maison, ses délicieuses sauces traditionnelles et sa pizza à croûte mince. Il y a aussi une copieuse sélection de steaks, de veau et de fruits de mer. W&G sert le dîner et le souper chaque jour avec une table d'hôte disponible quotidiennement de $12 à $16 pour le dîner et commençant à 23 $ pour le souper. De plus, une sélection de pizza et de pâtes est disponible pour 10$ de 11h Jusqu'à 15h et après 22h chaque jour pour les soupers de fin de soirée après le hockey, un concert en ville ou avant la tournée des bars! W&G peut aussi accueillir des groupes et pouvons planifier votre party que vous soyez 10 personnes ou 300 personnes! Du lundi au vendredi, les clients peuvent profiter du 5 à 7 alors que les consommations sont 2 pour 1 dès 16h jusqu’à 20h. Pour poursuivre la soirée et accompagner votre repas, vous pourrez choisir de notre sélection de vins des plus élaborée en ville, composée d’importations privées aussi bien que des choix abordables. L’objectif est toujours de s’amuser au W&G, avec un DJ qui met tout pour raviver l’atmosphère les fins de semaines et pour les événements spéciaux. Il y a toujours de l’action au W&G!
Dans l'ensemble, Weinstein Gavino's est salué pour ses plats italiens de qualité, ses portions généreuses et ses pâtes fraîches, avec des favoris tels que le calamari, la burrata sur bruschetta, les arancini, les pâtes aux fruits de mer, l'osso buco et les pizzas, le tout dans une ambiance animée et accueillante du centre-ville accompagnée d'un pain servi avec de l'huile d'olive en entrée. Le service est fréquemment décrit comme chaleureux et attentif, et les choix de vins et de cocktails sont bien reçus, bien que plusieurs avis mentionnent des soirées très fréquentées, du bruit et un rythme parfois lent lors des périodes d'affluence ou des incohérences de service selon les visites.
It was my first time dining here with a friend. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately captivated by the authenticity of the interior design, which exuded a unique old-world aesthetic. Regarding the food, I ordered the Chorizo Alla Griglia as an entrée & found it way too salty for my taste. For the main course, I had the Bistecca di Manzo with fries, which I also found too salty. However, this is likely a matter of personal preference, as I tend to prefer less salty dishes. My only complaint was that it took over 25 minutes for us to receive our main course, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the service was excellent, thanks to our friendly & charming waiter, Romain, who made our experience enjoyable with his pleasant banter. He even jokingly owes me a meal for my next visit!
Fantastic menu & great steaks. I ordered the salmon that evening, but they had just run out. Ordered the sole as a backup but got the halibut instead. Sadly, my French is not so good. However, no harm was done as the halibut was perfect in every detail & a serendipitous mistake. I would gladly order the halibut again.
Bellow average food. Disappointing to say the least. Service was poor & relapsed. This is definitely a ripoff considering how they present themselves & the price asked. I'm pretty sure what was served was not Vitela, veggies were undercooked & poorly seasoned, mushroom sauce tasted like canned chicken broth. I didn't even finished my food because I didn't want to spoil my apetite with such bland food. Ah, the bread served as complimentary entree is served cold...
Went here looking for a good pizza place to go to with our two kids. It was quick & efficient even though it was very busy. Huge space, great setup for families & larger groups. It was quite loud & crowded, not sure it would be the ideal place for a date night. We all ordered pizzas, they were good but not great. Had one cocktail each & they were surprisingly good considering the price ($13-$15).
Not what I thought it was going to be. Extremely loud with large groups. Seems to be on portion size rather than quality. Don't go expecting a great meal. There must be better places for the same price.
While the food & atmosphere were outstanding, the service left much to be desired. The dishes were flavorful & beautifully presented, & the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. However, the service was notably slow & inattentive, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. If the service improves, this could easily become one of my favourite spots.

One of the best dining experiences I have had. The food was amazing & we didn't have to wait long to get it. The ambiance & interior were perfect for the food they served. Our server was really great, he made sure we had everything we needed, was social & made us feel comfortable with taking our time to order. Overall amazing experience, would definitely recommend. Usually I don't do google reviews but I need people to know about here.
The best pasta I have ever had!!! The service was also one of the top I have ever had. Food came quick & the waiter was doing all he could to help us. Atmosphere was beautiful. AMAZING EXPERIENCE. 100% recommend.
Very big & tends to be busy. Huge menu to choose from with decent prices. Food was great & the resto seems like it can handle big groups, if ever theres an event.

Came here for a group dinner with a large party prior to the Montreal half-marathon & the service was fast, friendly & efficient. Gavino's serves classic Italian comfort food & it did not disappoint. The restaurant has tons of seating but is extremely busy on weekends so I recommend making reservations.
This place has a great location & the food is good. Nothing exceptional but definitely a nice spot, but just know it's loud & crowded a lot of the time. But the vibe is good!
